Highly recommend

Spacious and comfortable house with a well-equipped kitchen plus a pool, elevator and golf cart. Easily accommodated 2 couples, two children under 4 and one nanny. Bedrooms were large and well appointed with adjoining state of the art bathrooms. Beach was a short distance by foot or golf cart.

October 2015 Stay

My family (14 in all) had a fabulous stay. This was our first family reunion in 10 yrs. and it was everything we hoped it would be. The bedrooms and baths were fabulous (especially the Master). The kitchen and adjoining dining and living rooms were the center of our evenings together. The kids loved the pool, as did the adults later in the evening. We loved the provided golf cart and paddle board. Finally, thank goodness for the carriage house suite. My huaband and I ( the seniors in the group) were thankful for the peace and quiet. The only minor deficiency I found was a lack of kitchen dish towels and some larger pots and pans ( enough to cook for 14 people). Thanks for some great times and great memories.

This has been the worst vacation we have taken we have been told one lie after another and Penelope was very rude and unhelpful. The pools are freezing all three, Even though we paid for the pool at our home to be heated it is still freezing, they couldn’t even get our names correct terrible customer service .. I believe their philosophy must be the customer is always wrong, no working internet or cell service and no views! Don’t waste a dime staying here! I asked for a manager to call me and was disconnected. We were promised bracelets for water color and that was a lie too...my children are so disappointed it should be a crime to charge these rates for the service we have been given...very disappointed!

Unfortunately, our guests are only allowed access to the pools in the community in which they are staying. We are sorry for the pool heat, internet, and customer service problems you encountered and we absolutely understand how frustrating these things can be. This was the 10th property we have reserved in Watersound - we love the community and continue to come back every year. Mixed feelings about this stay so I've laid out the details below. Pros: - 360Blue was responsive to challenges that came up. A week prior to our arrival, there was an issue with initial property and 360Blue accommodated our party of 12 into 40 WatchTower Lane. - Lovely house, two golf carts - We had numerous, daily issues that arose. 360Blue was at least responsive and offered a 3% credit toward the cost of our stay. Cons: - 1st Floor AC was broken on first day and it took over 12 hours to resolve. - Pool temperature rose to over 105 degrees - Alarm went out at 3:30am one evening. Took over an hour to get a tech to fix which required me to stand by door and press a button every 5 seconds - Smoke detector batteries went out, missing fan remotes, 3 TV remotes didnt work -Cockroaches found in carriage house Recommend proactive maintenance and better cleaning of home.

Our stay at the Summer Wind house was exceptional. Beautiful home - had everything we could possibly need with plenty of room for 14 guests. We enjoyed using the golf carts and bikes with quick access to the beach. Also enjoyed the cottage house for a quiet retreat. Thanks!!!

We loved our stay in Watersound! The most beautiful house on the most beautiful beach for Spring Break. Four adults and four little kids enjoyed plenty of room in our gorgeous home, had tons of fun at the beach club and out on our beach, and loved exploring the other beach towns on 30A. Awesome house. Worked well with our family. 9 adults and 3 toddlers. The golf carts were the best part of our daily beach trips. Made going to the beach easy and uncomplicated. Kitchen well supplied for all the cooking we did this week. 360 Blue did Herculean job finding this house when our original ocean front house was claimed by the owners at last minute. At end of day this house with its layout and golf carts suited us better. Great trip . This is our 5th time at Watersound. Location impossible to beat and beaches never crowded.

The house was wonderful. Extremely well equipped with 3 sets of washers & dryers, great bathrooms, a wonderful Sonos system as well as great appliances in the kitchen. Very close to the beach. We had four problems and 360 Blue fixed all immediately. They were extremely responsive and helpful. We will definitely return

As a family, we enjoyed our stay. Despite some a/c problems, ice maker not working properly, and the golf cart not charged and needing water in the battery cells that we had to diagnose; we enjoyed our vacation. I would advise locking the unfinished rooms on the third floor with little kids running around etc. For a house that accommodates a large family, it would be nice to have more than one pitcher available and to have some plastic cups. These are little things but would have been nice touches. We love Water Sound and have stayed in different homes in the area. We will definitely return to this area again!

March 2016 Spring Break Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Watersound in a fabulous home! While the weather was not great, 40 Watchtower made up for it. Our teenage kids were enthralled with the Sonos system, and Jenny and I were smitten with the huge gas fireplace - which we enjoyed every morning. We definitely hope to return.

Beautiful house.resort and stretch of coastline. A perfect holiday with friends and family. I did manage to get a citation for illegal use of a golf cart !! Im blaming it on the language barrier and a lack of local knowledge. Will be returning. If allowed. ?

July 2015 Stay

Our family had an amazing time!! We had 11 people including my one year old. This was his first time to the beach and it truly was an amazing experience. The rooms and bathrooms were outstanding, the living and kitchen area was perfect for everyone being together! Cannot say enough great things about the house and the community!

December 2014 Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 40 Watch Tower Lane. We had 14 people for a family reunion, and the house was large enough for everyone to have their own space with great areas for congregating. We couldn't ask for more comfortable accommodations! However, we would suggest that there be more information regarding the technology in the house (which was very high tech). Some of us older folk just aren't as tech-savvy as others and can use some assistance when it comes to the many perks with this house. There was also a problem with the tiles around the pool. We called to report it, and there was supposed to be someone coming to fix it. The next day, the pool maintenance man came (who could not fix the tiles), and he said he had reported it in May. We had several people trip over the loose tiles, and this caused us great concern with little children, as well as older adults. Upon calling again, we were given permission to fix the tiles ourselves, which we did with some sand. It should still be checked.

The house is great. Few suggestions: need pizza cutter, pancake griddle, serving pieces. Love the savvy techlogy but would be helpful to have instructions in each room. Also several remotes had dead batteries and light bulbs out on arrival. We replaced ourselves. Watersound is very comfortable and development. Would definitely rent house again.

June 2014 Stay

Like Erin from Houston, we had a great stay at this warm and inviting home. While we did not have 16 in our party like the prior guest, we did have a mix of adults, teens, and kids. The home is perfect for large groups with 5 king beds plus a bunk room. The setting of WaterSound Beach is ideal - secure, beachside, and pool with cafe. The golf cart and bikes were extremely helpful to getting around to beach or pool with ease. Any issue with house was immediately resolved by great staff at 360 Blue. Only question was on operating the heavily networked TV as need a video to understand the leading edge technology but TV is secondary to a beach stay anyway. Loved it and want to return. - Rich in GA

June 2014 Stay

40 Watch Tower Lane is just beautiful and cozy to host our family vacation/50th wedding anniversary trip for my parents. The décor was lovely, golf cart was super handy to shuttle back and forth to beach/pool or just take an evening ride thru Watersound! The kids loved the bikes and we all loved the beds - super comfy! The only glitch was the alarm going off in the middle of the night and then again in the morning several times, but it was promptly handled by 360 Blue services. Overall, a wonderful stay and we look forward to a return trip soon! Thank you!
