Beach Break Inn ist ein 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder Haus mit privatem Pool Minuten vom Strand entfernt (Sie können das Meer von der Veranda aus sehen, Backstein in Holzkohlekieme gebaut, schattigen Pavillon rund um den Pool, Außendusche am Pool, große Küche, Fernseher in allen zimmern, kabel und internet und telefon zu hause. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, das zweite Schlafzimmer über ein Queensize-Bett und das dritte Schlafzimmer über zwei Einzelbetten. Waschmaschine und Trockner im 2. The property is an excellent place to stay, this is our second stay at this property and would recommend everyone to give it a try, Becky and Jim are great host's I have met with both of them on different occasions, the pool aera is a fantastic place even has a hottub, we had problems with the hottub heating up but Jim took care of the problem right away, if u want a clean and comfortable place fully stocked with everything this is the place for u, out of 10 it is a 10, enjoy!

Very good location, very clean home, friendly/resposive host, however, major issues with pool/spa set up. We were not able to enjoy it as advertised, hosts use new aotomated app based system to control pool and spa temperature and functionality, and for verious resons it was not working properly for most of our stay. Cooler weather made it ever more inconvenient. Area experienced recent cold snap so majority of the vegitation was dead or damaged, it did not have the usual tropic vibe you would get when visiting. Home did have some wear and tear damage from previous renters, but it did not affect our stay in any meaningful way.

I am sorry you felt like spa was a huge issue for you. It worked entire time except later at night, and I did reach out to Pentair guy that set up system (he didn't call back) we did research and found both pool and spa had to be set at spa heat temperature for it to continue to work. (other than that it worked fine), coming over twice in a week stay, even recovering from Covid the week before your stay, which you said was no big deal covid is like the flu, it was a big deal, wicked especially when your 70 and hope you don't get it like we did, but maybe would be good so you can see how we felt. pool was heated to 81 entire time you were here. YES the 3 day freeze killed everyone's palms and plants, we haven't had a freeze like that in a super long time, we have since taken everything out and planted freeze hardy plants. We have taken apart the back deck where railing was loose from previous renters and totally redone, we are looking into having it screened in. Hope you find that perfect place for next year.

Absolutely wonderful stay

The property was very clean, Check in was very organized and easy. Communication was exceptional with the owners. There is everything that you need here for an absolutely wonderful beach vacation. The pool landscaping hot tub and tiki area were absolutely wonderful. We will absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend this property.

Loved everything about this place! Pool was great, loved the tiki hut area! Very close to beach and wasnt crowded at all! Had everything we needed, will stay here again!

Wonderful family vacation

My wife and two teenage kids loved the backyard, pool, spa and tiki hut. Inside was clean and decorated nicely. Just a couple minute walk to the beach/ocean. Host were very nice and accommodating. Close to NASA and only an hours drive to Orlando. We would definitely recommend.

Great Location

Very close to beach! Pool area is awesome! Couple of takeaways that would improve it: Could really use a bigger washer/dryer. A full length mirror. Icemaker worked but won’t dispense out the door. House is Very hard to keep cool during the day. Overall we loved it and would return!

Glad you enjoyed our beach house! Sorry about AC but with temperatures as hot as they have been (over 100 degrees) AC guy said everyone's AC units were having a hard time keeping up with the extreme heat. The fridge works great and so does the ice maker hard to buy a new one just because ice doesn't dispense, sorry everything wasn't perfect. Will look into getting a full size mirror.

Relaxing Retreat

Great to have the pool with shade so close to the beach so when kids got tired of the sand and surf we all could relax back at the pool in privacy.

Backyard Heaven

Jim and Becky are amazing hosts. The backyard is heaven, pool, hot tub, tiki hut, ring toss, cobble stones, private. I loved having coffee by the pool every morning.The property is also just steps away from the beach which made morning and sun set walks a treat. It's also super fun to watch the rockets launch!! I loved this place and will stay there again!!!

Another Great Stay

This was our third time staying and it gets better every time. The renovations in the backyard made it easy to stay there all day and into the night rather than walking to the beach a block away. Close to everything and owner always available.

Spacious, clean, great location

Family vacation

The location was great. It was a straight 5 min walk to the beach. The tiki hut, pool, and hot tub gave it a private resort vibe. It was very clean and the pictures very well represented the rental property. We would highly recommend it!

Location Space and Privacy

The proximity to the beach was excellent. The unit was very spacious and accommodating for my family's needs. The private backyard with pool is a rare find in this location. Great for walking.

House and pool area was beautiful

House was great. It had everything needed for a wonderful, relaxing vacation at the beach. The weather was perfect. The biggest problem was deciding to go to the beach or the pool! My family had a great time and can’t wait to go back.

Comfortable and relaxing

This is the second time we have stayed at Beach Break Inn and it is thoroughly enjoyable. We stayed over Christmas and there were Christmas decorations to help us celebrate. The only thing that could have made this better is if the pool were heated.

Close to beach

The location was close to the beach, which was awesome. A bummer however that the pool wasn't available for use. A lot of drama regarding revamping of the outside areas but we found other things to do. Nice house to vacation in.

So sorry about all the DRAMA but spending $40K to revamp we needed to make sure all was good (which it wasn't). Again sorry, we had no control, they work at their own pace and we were and still are at their mercy!! They were suppose to be done a in December a month before your stay, I tried to give you heads up when I got the feeling they weren't going to finish and filling us full of sunshine!!

2nd year stay

The house is conveniently located, has all amenities, without the feel of a hotel stay which we don’t like. We love the updates to pool and added spa. Kids and I enjoy the quick walk to beach or kick back in the privacy of pool. Got to venture out this year and visit local restaurants and sites. Truly a great vacation for our family.
