Villa Dionysus is located in the sunny sea town of Balchik, Bulgaria, just 500 meters from the sea. With lots of tourist attractions around, among which the famous Botanical Gardens, Summer Palace and seaside promenade just on walking distance from the villa and Family Resort Albena on a 6 minute drive, you’re bound to have a wonderful holiday with your whole family in this villa of your dreams.





Just 150 meters from the main road Balchik – Albena, you enter the gated private Villa property via an easy accessible paved road. In the front yard of the villa you have room to park 2 cars inside the gates, another car can be parked on the driveway and more free parking is available just down the road in front of the villa.








Villa Ovidius has its entrance on this garden side of the house, leading to the ground floor entrance/garderobe and hallway with internal stairs to the upper floors. The rest of the ground floor consists of toilet and a 50 m2 living room with a large open kitchen. Here you have plenty of seating room to have a nice family diner, and there are several sofas to relax or enjoy a retro videogame on the 55-inch flatscreen TV. From the living room there are opening glass doors leading to the large terrace with a grape-covered veranda, to enjoy the Bulgarian summer outside on this south side of the villa.








Going upstairs to the second floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms: a 4-person bedroom with a big en-suite bathroom with both bath and hydrojet shower, and two 2-person bedrooms with a brand-new shared bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. A large full-width south-facing balcony can be reached from all bedrooms, and above the entrance is another balcony to enjoy the surroundings on the other side of the villa.








On the third floor there is a spacious landing (with fussball game) which leads to 2 large bedrooms, one of which is a 25 m2 double (4 persons) and the other one is for 2 persons. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with bath and/or shower, toilet and sink. From both bedrooms you reach an extra large and full-width balcony and here you have the most stunning sea views overlooking the lower surrounding area.





In this south facing front yard with sea views there is a large terrace with pergula with seating for the whole family, and a stone coal-burning barbecue to provide for diner. In the sunny garden is a 3.6 meter round swimming pool. More to the back is a playground with trampoline and sand pit for the kids.
