Parrot's Perch befindet sich am MP 6 3/4 und liegt zwischen den Autobahnen. Dieses SAT-SAT-Cottage ist ideal für Paare, kleine Familien oder Gruppen, die zusätzliche Familie und Freunde in der Nähe haben möchten. Unser Haus, obwohl in der Tradition des Old Nags Head-Stils, ist komplett renoviert und auf dem neuesten Stand. Diese Eigenschaft ist frisch, sauber und modern von innen und außen Parrot's Perch sitzt auf einem ruhigen Teich. Es ist ein großartiger Ort, um auf dem Deck zu sitzen und sich zu entspannen und die Gänse, Enten und Schildkröten zu beobachten.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, bis hin zu vielen Kaffeetassen und Weingläsern. Ebenfalls erhältlich ist ein Bügeleisen / -brett, Haartrockner und Handtücher werden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Grundlegende Annehmlichkeiten wie Seife, Papierprodukte und Müllsäcke werden bei der Ankunft bereitgestellt. Bringen Sie Ihre eigenen Laken mit.

Bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnbereich für eine 6-köpfige Familie.

Das Deck mit Blick auf den Teich ist ein großartiger Ort, um sich mittags zu bräunen und abends zu kochen. Genießen Sie die Veranda für Kaffee & Frühstück am Morgen und ist ein großartiger Ort, um abends zu sitzen und zu plaudern. Für die Bequemlichkeit unserer Gäste stellen wir einen Grill und eine Wäscheleine zur Verfügung.

Das Haus befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist daher leicht zugänglich für diejenigen, die weniger Stufen benötigen.

Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Kinos sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Es ist eine kurze Fahrt zum historischen Wright Brothers Memorial, Golf, Putt-Putt, Sound-Zugang für Wassersportarten, Avalon Pier, Dare County Parks & Rec für Basketballplätze, Tennis & Spielplatz. Family Vacation

This is the third time that our family of four has stayed at Parrot’s Perch and it has never disappointed! The house is wonderful and cozy and the kids always look forward to seeing the turtles. Great cozy cottage

Great "home away from home" feel. Beautifully decorated! Our daughters loved feeding the turtles each morning and evening. Conveniently located with just a short walk to the beach.

Very nice place

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation to the Outer Banks and our stay at Parrots Perch. It was very nice and super clean. The only downside was the proximity to the main highway. However, we would stay here again if we visit OBX.

Wonderful Family Getaway

My family really enjoyed our time here! The inside is cozy, and had everything we needed for a family of four (with two younger kids) to feel comfortable. Outside, we really enjoyed sitting on the patio to enjoy the pond and cool sea breeze. The turtles were a lot of fun, and after spending each day at the beach the outside shower was indispensable. Overall, it was a great place for our first OBX vacation.

We LOVE this property!!!

This was our second time staying at the Parrot's Perch and we will definitely be back! It's a beautiful home and has everything we need for a lovely week at the beach! It's clean, cozy, and well-stocked. Our border collie loves the yard - it's perfect for throwing frisbee, our kids love the turtles and birdwatching, and my husband and I love the deck and swing, which are perfect for morning coffee and relaxing. We got to meet Debby, the property owner, this trip and she was such a delight! Our family feels so at home here and we just can't recommend it highly enough! From our perspective - it's the most perfect place in the OBX! We love it so much!

Perfect for little family

Fantastic property and all the reviews accurately capture what a wonderful place this is. If you have small children this place is perfect with the side deck and fenced in backyard. Turtles in the pond were a huge hit! Would absolutely come back again.

Another great stay

This was our fourth time staying at Parrot’s Perch. We just love the little cottage. Has all you need. We ate every meal outside on the deck. Grilled several nights and my little dog loved the backyard and the family of ducks that visited on the water often. The new furniture arrangement in the living room is much better and we watched the Olympics every night. Over the years we’ve seen the addition of the swing and the picnic table. Can’t wait to see what’s in store next. Thank you!

Sweetest little cottage!

Wonderful place

We had a wonderful time! The house had everything we needed. Comfortable and perfect for my boyfriend, our dog, and myself. The turtles and egrets in the pond were great to watch in the morning. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Beautifully maintained cottage, spotless, and well stocked. The back yard and deck were favorite spots(for us and our pup) and enjoyed the gas grill. Feeding the turtles and birds added to the fun. Just a few blocks from the beach! Hope to visit Parrot's Perch again-highly recommend for small family/groups.

Perfect location!

We loved our stay at parrot's perch! The house is beautifully decorated and the perfect size for the two of us. We also loved that we could bring our dog and that the yard was fenced in. Everything was so convenient from the quick walk to the beach to all the brochures in the house letting us know all the fun experiences we could have. We're going to miss our little turtle neighbors swimming over to say hello everytime walked onto the deck!

Wonderful Stay

If we go back to the Outerbanks we will want to stay at OLD NAGS HEAD COTTAGE. The house was great and it was near the beach. The turtles were a lot of fun and the breeze on the patio was perfect. The only thing to be aware of is that it is near a very busy road and you can hear the traffic at times - we brought a sound machine and that helped significantly. Outside of that - the house was amazing and exceptionally clean.

Nice Little house

Small House. A little close to Rte 158 so you can hear traffic. Nice deck over pond though the pond was full of algae. Backyard is large and fenced in and well maintained. it is as advertised short walk to the beach. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed our stay

Cute cottage

This was a clean, adorable, and cozy cottage. It was a little closer to the highway than we were expecting, but an easy walk to the beach and has an excellent yard for dinners, games for the kids and after beach relaxation. The deck over the water was a hit. The turtles were the main attraction for our kids. We are looking forward to returning next year.

We had a great time as did our dogs. The home is so comfortable and welcoming. The decor is stunning with a great beach feel. The turtles like dog food and the seagulls don't!! We would very definitely stay here again if available and recommend this home to others. We've been coming to OBX during Easter week for about 20 years.

So lovely!

We really loved the cottage, and how comfortable we felt there on our vacation. Our dog was right at home, and immediately took to the "pet-friendly" atmosphere. Beautiful decor, perfect location, and great features (the outdoor shower & the deck w/ the turtles were fantastic!)..we hope to be back some day. Thank you! We certainly created a lot of beautiful memories this past week.

A little slice of heave

We absolutely loved our stay. The place was very clean and well stocked with anything you might need. We brought our dogs and the place is very dog friendly with the fenced in backyard and the gates in the deck. The grass in the backyard is plush and nice. We enjoyed the turtles coming up to the deck every time we came outside. The house is close to the beach and most everything else too. I would highly recommend staying here and we hope to stay here again!

We are Mike and Debbie both from Smithfield, VA and have vacationed and enjoyed the Outer Banks for many years.
So after renting 'Parrots Perch' when it came up for sale we knew we wanted it to become our second home.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Its location and single story 'Old Nags Head' cottage style fits our needs perfectly. The grass with NO sand cactus in the large back yard for pets and children was an added plus!! The deck off the kitchen allows quiet reflections while watching the area wild life enjoying the neighboring pond.
