Our holiday apartment is located on Kraftstraße in Passau, a city known for its picturesque setting at the confluence of the Danube, Inn, and Ilz rivers.

The apartment is centrally located and offers convenient access to the historic old town, which is only about a 10-15 minute walk away. Alternatively, there is a bus stop approximately 1 minute away, with regular services to the city center.

You can also explore the old town by bicycle from our apartment. It takes less than 5 minutes to reach the center, and everything is accessible without major hills.

Passau is also known as the "City of Three Rivers" and delights visitors with its charming cityscape, characterized by magnificent baroque buildings and narrow streets. Visit us and explore the city from our apartment!

Kraftstraße is about a 3-minute drive from the center. The Haidenhof district is quiet, and the house is in a peaceful location. The proximity to attractions such as St. Stephen's Cathedral with the world's largest cathedral organ, Veste Oberhaus, and the picturesque river promenade makes our location ideal for exploring. Passau also offers numerous cultural events, cozy cafés, and restaurants that invite you to linger.
