Enjoyed Thanksgiving in Goodyear. Beautiful home will all the amenities, internet, printer, bikes etc, . Bed very comfortable. Very clean and nicely decorated. Good shopping and golf nearby with easy, fast access to professional sports facilities. Will recommend to friends. .

An absolutely perfect late winter getaway!!!

We have been visiting the area for spring training for four years and this is by far our best VRBO rental. Leanne was so easy to work with when arranging our stay and sent us an email a week before our arrival with all the information about the home and the area we could possibly need. We had a couple friends join us this past spring and the home was large enough that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The home is absolutely beautiful! Our friends enjoyed a morning ride on the bikes they provided. The beds are super comfy as well as the furniture in the living room. We especially liked the theatre seating. The master bath is very spacious and beautiful. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Nice flat screen TVs and we even used the wireless printer they make available to print a document we needed for a tour we booked. Nothing but great things to say about this property and the owner.

Home away from Home

Rented this beautiful home for my in-laws. It is just a mile from our home! Not only were they surprised but were so happy to keep their privacy while at the same time being able to spend time with us. Our sleeping schedules would have inconvenienced them as would how cool we keep our home during the winter season (we don't heat our home because we like it very cool). This time around, it was very important they didn't stay with us - we got sick and couldn't spend much time with them but they were still able to travel and take in the beauty of AZ This place had everything they needed. If they needed something more, the local stores & restaurants were more than enough. So many things nearby, they really didn't have to go outside the community. Going forward, we will take advantage renting this home again for our guests or maybe for ourselves & let the guests stay at our place :)

NASCAR weekend

I was definitely a hit for booking this home. Is located 15/20 minutes from track. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. This property is so clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Can’t think of a thing we needed that it didn’t have. Grocery is about 15 minutes away. Target 20 minutes. The only downside to location is it is in suburbs. We could not find any restaurants close to home. Saved money and grilled a lot. The owners are so accommodating. Respond almost immediately to communication. I 100% recommend this property.

Peaceful respite in the sun

This property was exactly what we needed after a long, cold winter. Leanne’s communication was outstanding and she was so hospitable and kind in every interaction. The house was sparkling clean with all the conveniences we needed. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, perfect for taking a walk and soaking in the sun. Highly recommend this property! Beautiful Home!

What a relief it was to enter this beautiful home after a long day of driving! Everything was as pictured, the neighborhood is quiet, and the owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. This was our first experience renting a vacation home, so we were a little nervous. I can only hope our next rental is as nice as this one.

Clean, Comfortable, Wonderful

From initial inquiry to the end, this was an excellent renting experience. Leanne was accessible, helpful, gracious, and kind through each step of the adventure. The home was immaculate and comfortable. We felt like we were "at home" from arrival to departure. We lived in the Estrella neighborhood for several years before moving away. While it holds a special place in our hearts, I think anyone staying in the community will realize it's a unique gem tucked away at the base of the Estrella Mountains. Phoenix and it's suburbs are massive and sprawling with tons to do. Retreating to Estrella after a day of exploring offers a true relaxation experience and peacefulness after a full day. We are thankful for Leanne and Brady and for their home, designed to be a retreat and cozy welcome for the traveler, explorer, or peace seeker. And we also hope it's available for rent the next time we venture that way. :)

Fantastic Home

The home is more then what was expected. All amenities that are required for home living were provided. The interior space was huge and nicely decorated. Great!!

Property was clean and spacious! The bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have a well stocked house. Many times we have rented places and had to buy everything from toilet paper to ketchup. We just made sure to replace anything that was running out. The bikes were a nice touch as well! A great way to see the area while getting some exercise!!! The area is quiet but yet a quick drive to shopping and restaurants! We enjoyed the clubhouse (gym and pool)!! We loved the fact we could walk down to the lounge in the evening and listen to live entertainment. The owners were wonderful to deal with. The only thing that we could mention is that instead of paying 5 dollars a day each to use the facilities at both Presido and Starpointe you can get a visitors pass for 15 dollars each for 7 days but has to be purchased at Starpointe (the place with the water slides). This gives you access to both clubhouses. Overall.... we had a wonderful vacation!

The house is in Estrella which is beautiful. It is a great community- well laid out, beautifully landscaped with great green space, playgrounds and walking and biking areas. It is a peaceful area in Arizona

Absolutely beautiful home and neighborhood!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "Casa Blanco"! The house is beautiful. Everything was perfect! Leanne was a joy to work with! I highly recommend staying here. We had a wonderful time.

Baseball and golf

The house was just wonderful. Pictures do not do it justice. Very comfortable and inviting and the beds were so comfortable. Great location for golf and Cleveland Indians spring training. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Spring training visit

Very comfortable, clean, new feeling house. Helpful, accurate pre-visit information. Plenty of seating in the large great room. Great kitchen with new appliances. Very comfortable beds. All of the technology (TV, wireless) worked well. Fifteen minutes to Goodyear Ballpark and Estrella Mountain Park. We would definitely visit again.

FANTASTIC, WARM HOME LOCATED IN A QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD AND MINUTES TO SHOPPING, GOLF AND MAJOR HIGHWAY

I have been renting homes on VRBO for 10 years for 1 or 2 golf trips per season. This home is by far the nicest I have stayed in. The owner is VERY accommodating, the furniture and beds are the most comfortable I have experienced with any VRBO property. Great winter get away....

This was the first time we rented through VRBO so we weren't sure what to expect, but this property and the owners were everything we could have asked for and more. The house is spacious, well maintained and well stocked for comfortable living. There is plenty to do in the area-golf, hiking and biking as well as an activity center with a pool and gym. Phoenix was a bit of a drive, but we enjoyed visiting museums, gardens, other golfing, shopping, etc. while we were there as well. The owners were prompt when we had a question or concern-very friendly and gracious. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone interested in a quiet, safe retreat away from the traffic and noise of the city.
