Genießen Sie unser schönes, voll möbliertes 2400 m² großes Haus im sonnigen Maricopa, nur 56 km von der Innenstadt von Phoenix entfernt.

Bevor Sie eine Anfrage einreichen, bitten wir Sie in Ihrer ersten Mitteilung um eine ausführliche Erläuterung Ihres Besuchs bei Maricopa. Dies stellt sicher, dass beide Parteien mit der Mietentscheidung zufrieden sind. Vor der Anmietung ist eine Kündigungsfrist von mindestens 2 Wochen erforderlich.

Dieses Haus verfügt über ein geräumiges offenes Familienzimmer / Küchenbereich mit einfachem Zugang zu einer großen überdachten Terrasse mit Grill und einem privaten Garten. Der offene Wohnbereich verfügt über ein großes, komfortables Schnittsofa, einen 50-Zoll-HD-Fernseher sowie Kabel- und WLAN-Zugang. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 ½ Bäder, eine Höhle und ein sehr geräumiges Bonuszimmer im Obergeschoss mit einem zusätzlichen 47-Zoll-Fernseher. Die große Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Frühstücksbarhockern, Essbereich und viel Stauraum für Ihre Unterhaltungsbedürfnisse. Es verfügt über Corian-Oberflächen und ein Spülbecken, eine große Speisekammer, einen Toaster, einen Toaster, eine Kaffeemaschine sowie alles, was zum Backen und Kochen benötigt wird. Zwei Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügen über Queensize-Betten. Der dritte hat 2 Einzelbetten. Das Zusatzbett im Zimmer bietet Platz für ein Queensize-Bett und der Futon in der Höhle bietet einen zusätzlichen Schlafbereich für eine Person. Es gibt auch ein aufblasbares Queensize-Bett und eine Einzelmatratze, die aufgestellt werden kann, wenn mehr Schlafbereich benötigt wird. Alle Küchen- und Badetücher sowie Bettwäsche inklusive.

Das Haus ist fünf Autominuten vom Golfplatz The Dukes und nur wenige Minuten vom Golfplatz The Southern Dunes entfernt. Sie haben Schlüsselzugang zu zwei Pools, einem Angelteich, einem Fußballfeld sowie Softball- und Baseballfeldern. Genießen Sie die schöne Umgebung bei einem Picknick am See oder machen Sie einen Spaziergang oder joggen Sie auf den vielen grünen Pfaden.

Das Ak-Chin Casino von Harrah befindet sich etwa 3 km entfernt und verfügt über einen riesigen Komplex mit einem Multi-Entertainment-Center mit Bowling, Lasertag und einem Kino mit 12 Bildschirmen und 3D-Funktionen sowie einem Play-n-Win-Game-Center. Der Firebird International Raceway ist 15 Minuten entfernt. Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Restaurants, Fastfood und Walmart befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Great location

The house was lovely and in an ideal location for us. Close to golf, shopping, and friends. The bedrooms are all upstairs and there is a busy intersection outside the front door but the neighborhood street was quiet. Would definitely rent it again. The owners are very easy to contact and are available to answer questions.

Our stay was enjoyable at this 3 bedroom spacious house in Maricopa. We enjoyed the warm pool a number of times. This home is reasonably located to grocery stores and restaurants. We walked every day in the nearby park. It was very relaxing sitting outside on the patio in the sun with coffee and a book. This home is well equipped and met our household needs. The owner was very responsive in answering our questions. We’d rent this home again. Thanks to the owners for accommodating us for our yearly AZ trip.

Perfect!!!

This home was amazing, beautiful, and perfect!! My family came to Phoenix for a wedding, and we stayed for a vacation to explore Arizona. This home is exactly as described and beautiful. Extremely clean and spacious. Very quiet neighborhood. Mr. and Mrs. Riordan were wonderful people and were extremely nice and responsive. We had the best stay and vacation and would 100% rent this home again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great house for a great price! I honestly cannot say enough... we loved it! Golf Trip

We stayed at this Maricopa VRBO for 13 days on a golf trip with my son and two other golf buddies!! Frank has a great property and great accommodations and was tremendous host. Plenty of room and space for the four of us as we played golf all but one day so were golfing primarily at Southern Dunes and The Duke in Maricopa for 8 of the days and Whirlwind in Chandler one day which is only 25 minutes north. The other 2 rounds we played an hour to hour and a half north at Dove Valley Ranch and Quintero. Played mostly afternoons as spent morning at the VRBO for breakfast then gone until 6:30 or later when we returned for dinner at the VRBO for four or five of the nights where we grilled as VRBO has a nice gas grill. Everything is great at this property so highly recommend it to all. Only thing I would recommend is that guests in the other upstairs bedrooms not in the master bedroom should consider bringing earplugs as the traffic noise gets quite loud early morning for light sleepers who are sleeping later. Also might consider bringing darkening eye mask as it gets quite a bit of early sunlight in the guest bedrooms. Master bedroom faces opposite direction so doesn’t get as much noise or sun on that side. Overall though everything was outstanding at this VRBO and would look to stay here again!!

Absolutely Gorgeous Home

When I walked inside this home, it was gorgeous! It was very clean and I don't think the pictures do this house justice! It is huge. I came to Maricopa to visit my son and his family and I rented this home by myself. I loved it! The neighborhood is lovely! It's very quiet. The kitchen is very large and so nice. My son and his family came over and we had dinner here a few times. They loved this home also. The master bedroom is very nice and comfortable and the master bath is great too. It's so convenient to have the washer and dryer on the second floor. I loved it here! In fact, I'm coming back with my husband and our friends in late November! I know they will all love it! Not only is the price fantastic, you get 2400 square feet to boot! Danette and Frank are very friendly and they get back to you in a timely manner. Thank you so much for renting your home to me! Great place to stay!! WE ALL LOVED IT!

This was our first time visiting Maricopa Az, nice area. We enjoyed our stay very much and found the house clean and comfortable with lots of living space. Had all the amenities we needed for our stay, Frank and Danette were wonderful to work with and just a text away if you have a question! We appreciated the cleaning supplies that were handy in the kitchen and all the bathrooms. It made keeping things tidy and sanitary quite easy. Having the laundry room with washer and dryer were great! Love the location of the house, nice quit street, although I did not get a chance to meet the neighbors my bother found them to be very nice and helpful. We all are very glad we took the chance and renting a house like this. This was our first time doing something like this and was not disappointed at all. Highly Recommended! Thank You! Great property

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. We love the location! We travel north and south, so it's perfect. Plenty of room to spread out. Great Vacation Home in Maricopa

We had a great week here in late February. The house was clean and well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet. There is a good community pool. Pacana Park is nearby with tennis and basketball courts. A good place to stay and enjoy Arizona sunshine.

The city park and catch n' release fishing lake are conveniently within walking distance. The house is on a very private street. All modern conveniences are nearby.
