Komfortable Traktor-Straßenbahn hilft Familien von mehreren Standorten aus der 6. und 7. Straße zum Meer zu kommen. Große Bequemlichkeit für ältere Personen oder junge Familien mit Kindern. Läuft etwa alle 15 Minuten.
Das Ballfeld in der West 10 Street ist auch ein Hundepark. Es ist ein großartiger Ort für Hunde, um frei zu laufen und zu spielen. Alle Hundeparkbenutzer MÜSSEN eine Hundepark-Eintrittskarte ("Paw Pass") und einen Hundepark-Tag erhalten. Die wöchentliche Gebühr beträgt 10 $. Anträge für die Pässe können in der Borough Hall, der Beach Badge Booth (in der Saison) oder auf der Borough Website erhalten werden. Der Tollwutnachweis muss entweder mit einem Tollwut-Zertifikat oder einer aktuellen Hundelizenz nachgewiesen werden. Außerdem müssen alle Hunde freundlich und nicht aggressiv sein.

great location, friendly owner but not very clean.
The location was walkable to the beach, dinner and bars. The owner was nice. However the accommodations were sparse and the carpets looked like then need a good cleaning. I remember the instructions indicated for us to bring our own linens and towels. I have rented many places and this is the first place that didn't have the basics like a bar or soap, roll of toilet paper, wash cloth, paper towel, trash bin in the rooms, pillows, etc. The rooms were hot and AC in every room would be likely essential in the peak summer months.
We are disappointed that Mr. Mack had a negative experience. We pride ourselves on providing clean, comfortable accommodations.
To address his comments:
1.) Yes, the carpets could have used a cleaning. This rental was at the end of a very long and busy season at the shore. It is impractical to shampoo carpets between rentals. They are shampooed at the beginning of every season, thoroughly vacuumed between every rental and spot cleaned as necessary.
2.) We believe that basics are provided.
There were two rolls of paper towels supplied. One was in the utility closet, with the cleaning supplies, and the other in the kitchen base cabinet, next to the sink, along with dishwasher detergent and liquid dish soap.
Kleenex is provided in every room, toilet paper in the bathroom holder and two dish towels in the kitchen pantry. We do not provide bars of soap but will consider that, in the future. We do not supply wash cloths.
Pillows are on every bed as well as extras in the closets. The pillows were purchased in the Spring.
There are two trash bins in the kitchen as well as additional bin liners. One bin is for trash and the other for recyclables.
3.) We don't understand the comment about air conditioning. This was a mild September weekend. We love this time of year and open the windows to enjoy the cool ocean breezes. As advertised, a roll-around air conditioner was supplied in the bedroom closet, next to the vacuum cleaner.
In closing, we are downstairs and are available to respond to any concerns or needs our tenants may have. Thank you, for your feedback.
Long Beach Island
The "apartment" is very clean and has all the necessities. The "landlord" is very helpful. It is near the beach. We were permitted to bring our good kitty. Love Long Beach Island !
Great location. Very nice landlord and family.
Clean. Great 2nd floor deck. Lots of room. Just a few houses to beach and bay. Walk to restaurants, ice cream, lighthouse, museum, seafood market and fishing. Very quiet northern end of the island. Second year in a row renting. Back next year.
Clean but HOT
I have been renting in LBI for over 20 years and I have never had a rental that was so HOT. The portable air conditioner provided did not cool the hot and humid 95+ degree days. Could not sleep comfortable in the hot house and slept in the couch 3 nights to try to stay cool. No escape from the heat. Not much of a vacation when you have to sweat through it. Beach was the place to cool off. Will never rent without proper air conditioning again. A sweaty mess of a vacation for all.
I'm sorry you had a bad experience. We occupy the lower unit and, perhaps, could have helped you rectify the situation if you had mentioned the problem. Please understand that the week you stayed was, historically, the hottest in recorded history for LBI and the surrounding area.
Just had a chance to spend couple of nights on labor day weekend. Love everything about this place, clean, quiet neighborhood, helpful landlord , near beach and not so crowded. Would absolutely love to comeback here again next year.
Great place to unwind close to beach.
This is our 2nd year renting the same property. It is conveniently located, clean and spacious enough for our family of 4. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and with the windows open it was extremely comfortable to sleep every night of our stay. The location was spot-on as we were within walking distance to several restaurants and 2 choices for evening ice cream adventures. The property owner is pleasant and it was great that we were able to bring our dog, who seemed to enjoy the dog run located a few blocks away. We will be renting this unit again!

Two double beds, two twin beds. Guests provide own linens (sheets and towels.) Pillows and blankets provided. Unit should be left clean and ready for next tenant. Offstreet parking for up to three cars. Please park diagonally to avoid blocking access to owners garage. Walking distance to local restaurants (Mustache Bills was featured on the Food Networks "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives".)
