Thank you for taking time to review your stay. We are sorry that the water was not on when you arrived late in the evening on your first day. Maintenance was informed a few days prior to your arrival to take care of this as it was turned off during the COVID-19 rental ban. Your rental was the first once the ban was lifted and unfortunately maintenance overlooked it. The person who assisted you the following morning was in fact the maintenance person that was scheduled to turn it on prior to your arrival. He was contacted first thing as soon as we realized you had this issue. As a result of the inconvenience a credit of 20% of your stay was issued. The tissue was also just an oversight and housekeeping was notified of this error. It is nice to know that you still enjoyed the stay once the issue was resolved.. We hope you will stay with us again in the future! Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback. No emails or phone calls were received by the office during your stay regarding the presence of bugs in the condo. There is a document with contact information for the office posted on the refrigerator and the number is also listed within the check-in correspondence. The office is open on Friday from 9AM to 6:30PM and Saturday from 9:00AM to 7:00PM in the summer season. The only email that was received was a VRBO email following departure. The property receives a monthly pest control spraying through the home owner's association. The summer season is an active time for bugs. Unless guests request additional pest control while here we do not schedule additional spraying between routine monthly sprayings. If we had been notified that you wanted to have the condo sprayed it could have been arranged. The check-in time was moved to 5PM simply to allow cleaners time to prepare all properties between renters. The access time on the electronic lock shows you checked in at 4:22 which is only a few minutes beyond the original check-in time. The check-out time was adjusted to 9AM however that has been flexible depending on scheduling. Cleaners may have been by to check to see if you were checked out but certainly did not wait outside for any length of time. Your check-out time shows 9:41AM. The actual cleaning time of the condo that day was 1:55PM. Amenity items provided include paper towels, dishwashing detergent/liquid dish soap, coffee packets, bath bar soap and toilet paper. All trashcans all are lined with new trash bags. We are happy to supply additional trash bags upon request. Laundry detergent is not supplied for the washer/dryer. Thanks again for your stay. It is unfortunate that we were not aware of your dissatisfaction until after check-out. The staff is always willing to help with any issues experienced by guests promptly.
