This is a fabulous flat near Covent Garden. Guests visiting the city cannot ask for a better location in the very center of everything. This fascinating part of the city is full of of theaters, clubs, cinemas, shops, and restaurants. LONDON CONNECTION is offering a fantastic two bedroom/one bathroom accommodation on Shelton Street. Shelton Street is a very quiet street just up from the Covent Garden Tube Station and promises peace and quiet in this busy area of the city.
The British Museum is a short distance away, the Jubilee Market is near as are the shops on Covent Garden Square. The Royal Opera is just around the corner near to some of the best London theaters. A visitor can walk to St. Paul’s Cathedral in 10 minutes. The Savoy Hotel and the Embankment are very near. For more hearty walkers, one can walk to the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey in fifteen minutes–right down Whitehall. The property itself is fantastic. The kitchen and LIVING ROOM are part of an open and airy floor plan that gives guests the opportunity to socialize and enjoy a drink before exploring the wonderful city of London. The KITCHEN has all the machines: hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. The cupboards are filled with all cooking supplies and dining items for a visitor’s comfort. Bel appartement bien situe prestigieux

Domage la salle de bain ! Le mitigeur de la douche ne fonctionnait pas bien ! Et pas de pression a la chasse d eau !

On a passé un très bon séjour quand même ! Je le recommandé

Bellissimo appartamento nel pieno centro di Londra

L'appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto. Molto pulito ed ordinato. Riccardo si è presentato molto puntuale all'appuntamento ed è stato molto gentile nel farci vedere la casa e darci tutte le indicazioni del caso. Ottima posizione per visitare Londra anche a piedi. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Great location

Clean, kitchen well equipped, and beds very comfy. Very good location.

Ricardo checked us in and provided lots of good information.

Only negative was the elevator was not working the last day but that was not a big deal.

Cozy Flat in Excellent Covent Garden Location

My mom and I rented this flat for 2 1/2 weeks and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The flat is in an excellent location. There are two tube stations and grocery stores nearby and plenty of pubs and restaurants to choose from. If you're into the theater, you are surrounded. The flat is located on a quiet, small street. There's not a lot of noise and even with the windows open all night we were never awoken. The flat was clean but could do with a few more pictures on the walls.

One of the two bedrooms is on the small side, but there is plenty of room to maneuver and store clothes so you're not living out of your suitcase. We each had a king bed and they are extremely comfortable. I think my bed there was more comfortable that my own at home. I wanted to take the duvet home with me.

The living room is an adequate size however the furniture could be a little more comfortable. Having to wait an extremely long time for the tv to turn on is a little bit of a headache. A small surprise is a bowl on the coffee table which holds maps and pamphlets from previous renters. We took advantage of a very detailed pocket map of the area and even left something in the bowl on our last day for future renters.

The kitchen is small but workable. The spices/condiments are scarce, more than likely what is left over from previous renters, but there are plenty of eating utensils, plates, cups and cookware. There is a dishwasher and small washer/dryer. The dryer doesn't dry very well though. We had to have things drying for about 4 hours and things still weren't dry. And everything had to be ironed...even jeans. I would highly suggest that when given directions on how to use the washer/dryer and dishwasher, you write down the instructions. We didn't and were guessing on how to use them when they were finally needed them days later.

The bathroom is the only drawback. There really is no place to store your toiletries. The shower/tub combo is a safety hazard in the extreme. The tub is taller than what we are used to here in the US and there are no hand holds to get in and out. I actually had to hold on to the side of the tub to climb in safely. The tub is also extremely narrow with maybe only a 2" wide flat surface.

Ricardo let us in the flat and showed us around. He was great and even arranged the driver to take us to train stations for some of our day trips.

I would definitely consider staying in this flat again.

Perfect spot for visitors

London Connection is a top notch company and we would not hesitate to book with them again. This apartment worked very well for us and the location was great. My only comment to those considering this location is that Covent Garden is a late night area so noise from the street can be boisterous until late (and summer is warm so you will want the windows open). I wore earplugs and slept perfectly well.

Lage

Auto: Nicht Notwendig

Dies ist ein fabelhaftes Wohnung in der Nähe von Covent Garden. Die Gäste besuchen die Stadt nicht für eine bessere Lage, direkt im Zentrum von allem zu fragen. Diese faszinierende Teil der Stadt ist voll von Theatern, Clubs, Kinos, Geschäften und Restaurants. Shelton Street ist eine sehr ruhige Straße gerade aus der U-Bahnstation Covent Garden und verspricht Ruhe und Frieden in dieser geschäftigen Viertel der Stadt. Das British Museum ist nicht weit entfernt, die Jubilee-Markt ist in der Nähe, ebenso die Geschäfte am Covent Garden Square. Das Royal Opera ist gleich um die Ecke in der Nähe zu einigen der besten Londoner Theater. Ein Besucher kann zu Fuß St. Pauls-Kathedrale in 10 Minuten. The Savoy Hotel und dem Damm sind ganz in der Nähe. Für weitere herzhafte Wanderer, kann man zu den Houses of Parliament und Westminster Abbey in 15 Minuten-bis hinunter Whitehall zu gehen.
