Home away from home.
Fantastic rental with everything you need. We were 6 adults and the house was perfect. We loved the proximity to town as well.

Perfect Breckenridge Ski Week
House had everthing for a pefect 4 days of skiing. Close to Mian street, hot tub amazing and entertainment system awesome. I was lucky enough to get this place for a pefect vacation

Comfy spot close to town and slopes
Beautiful house. Well appointed. Outstanding master bedroom and kitchen. Hot tub was great! Quick walk to town and even has a driveway..

Loved our stay at the Horseshoe Cottage!
This is a beautiful home to stay in while visiting the lovely town of Breckenridge! The house has all the comforts of home with an awesome surround sound in main living area. The hob tub is nice after a long day on the slopes. The downtown shops, restaurants, gondola, and city market are a short walk. The owner Stu is very accommodating and we had a great time!!

Fabulous!
We stayed there for New Years and it was a perfect location. Just a block to downtown and the market. Kids walked to peak 9 or took the bus which stopped right in front of the house. The house is in great condition and the kitchen is well equipped. I'd definitely stay there again!

Cute house walking distance to slopes and Main Street
Great little house in a perfect location! Large, updated kitchen was great for dining in. Master and upstairs rooms were quite spacious. Clean, neat and well appointed. Hot tub is awesome. Best for families as there is some lack of privacy in master bath and upstairs room.

Horseshoe Cottage was a Perfect Fit
The photos don't do the spaciousness justice. We came with an extended family group of 5 adults and really felt comfortable without tripping over each other. We had other family visiting the area too. We hosted a couple dinners with ease in the '3 butt' (3 people working in the kitchen space) gourmet kitchen.

Great location. Perfect for four people
Everything is within a five minute walk. The house is charming, very comfortable, and extremely well stocked. The kitchen has everything you need to make a gourmet meal, the hot tub is easy to operate, and the master bathroom is HUGE.
If I had a criticism I would voice it. Can't think of any. Thank you, Stu (owner)

Wonderful Breckenridge Home!
I stayed at this rental property in October. The house is wonderful and we had a great time. It was perfect for our families with children. There was room for the kids to play while also providing separate areas for the adults to spend time in. The weather was beautiful and we spent an entire afternoon relaxing in the yard with beautiful golden aspen surrounding us. The house is right in town and walking area to restaurants, shops and the gondola. I would love to stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice vacation in Breckenridge.

Fabulous Location! Great Vacation Rental!
Our family vacation at S French Street was wonderful! The property was cozy, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen in particular was very well equipped. We loved taking advantage of the hot tub, but the best surprise was the Sonos in practically every living space - really fantastic! Bedrooms were comfy, plenty of high end bed linens were in supply. The location was great - we never took the car out of the driveway! The property is within easy walking distance of the village skiing and 2 streets away from the main dining/shopping street in Breckenridge. Definitely deserves a 5 star review!

Cozy ski house in a fabulous location
This is our second time staying at this charming home in the historic district of Breckenridge. It is absolutely perfect for our family of four. It is a quick walk to all of the restaurants and shops in town. Plus, the shuttle stops right across the street that takes you to the mountain. The house is fully equipped with everything that you need to be comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for home cooking. The beds are very comfortable and the hot tub is perfect for apres ski. The driveway was shoveled before we went out to ski. The owner and guest services company are both very helpful if you need anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing house in downtown Breckenridge
We loved this house! If you want to enjoy your vacation and have everything else taken care of for you - this is the house for you. The house is a couple of blocks from Main Street so shopping, dining and skiing are accessible by walking. The updated house is very comfortable, and very high end. From the furniture, to the appliances, to the amenities - everything was thoughtfully considered and taken care of. The master bedroom and bathroom were huge and luxurious. The loft was a nice space, with privacy you don't usually get with lofts. The 3rd bedroom was small, but perfect for children. The owner was very easy to work with and very responsive to our inquiries.
We loved this house, and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great Stay at Fantastic Location
My buddy and I met for a ski trip and this house was perfect.
The house is super clean and comfortable. It's located two blocks to downtown Breckenridge and to all shops, bars and restaurants. It has amazing views of the mountain and right outside are shuttle stops every 20 minutes which can take you to Peak 9 lifts or the Gondola.
The kitchen is fantastic and is fully stocked with everything anyone would ever need.
The house is fully wired for sound which is awesome. We had a little trouble controlling the speakers but I texted the property manager and the owner, himself, called my cell phone within minutes and he helped us figure out the issue and it was resolved in minutes.
The third bedroom is tight quarters, but it has a queen size bed which is very comfortable and I am 6'4".
I would definitely stay at this property again.

Perfect Ski Vacation House for our Family
This house was perfect for our family of four. Our teenage son enjoyed the privacy of the loft bedroom. The house was much bigger than we expected and was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well appointed with high end appliances. The beds were extremely comfortable after a day on the slopes and we really enjoyed the hot tub. The location was perfect. We parked our car and never moved it once we got there. We walked to the local market and several wonderful restaurants. The shuttle bus was super convenient to get to the mountain. The owner's directions were very thorough and he was available to answer any questions. We had 5 inches of snow one night and the driveway & walkway were shoveled before we went out to go skiing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this house to friends. Thanks for a great trip!
