The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room, as well as an adittional bathroom and laundry room. The grill, outdoor dining and lounge area are set next to the 40m2 heated swimming pool with salinizator on a 2000m2 plot of land with a sand volleyball court.
The villa itself is placed in a calm rural area at the outskirts of the village away from all other houses. The picturesque town of Motovun is only a few minutes drive, as well as numerous notable wineries such as Tomaz, Benvenuti, Rossi, Fakin and others. The old railroad turned bike trail Parenzana is located a few kilometers away. A wide selection of restaurants offering authentic Istrian cuisine are all within 15-20 min drive, and the nearest beaches and most popular towns, Porec and Rovin,j are roughly a half hour drive away.
