We’re a family who loves traveling, spending time outdoors, and finding those special places where everyone can slow down and reconnect. We fell in love with the peaceful feel of Kezar Lake—the loons, quiet mornings on the water, beautiful seasons, and easy access to everything the Lake Sunapee area has to offer.
We created Loon Island Lookout as a place that feels comfortable, welcoming, and easy to enjoy, whether you’re here for summer days on the lake, fall foliage, a ski weekend, or simply some quiet time away. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do and leave with great memories—and maybe plans to come back.
Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft
We fell in love with this property because it offers the best of New Hampshire in every season. Kezar Lake is peaceful and uncrowded, with loons, beautiful views, a private sandy waterfront, and a quiet setting that feels removed from everything. At the same time, we’re close to New London, Mount Sunapee, hiking, skiing, and golf. We wanted a place where our family could spend summers on the lake, enjoy fall weekends and ski in the winter—and Loon Island Lookout felt like exactly that place.
Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig
Loon Island Lookout offers a rare combination of privacy, lake access, and year-round adventure. Guests have their own sandy Kezar Lake waterfront and seasonal dock just steps from the house, separated only by a quiet dirt lane/walking path with almost no traffic. The lake itself is peaceful and uncrowded, with beautiful views and frequent loon sightings. Add in the screened porch, firepit, grill, and easy access to New London, Mount Sunapee, hiking, golf, and skiing, and it’s a true four-season getaway rather than just a summer rental.
