The home is recently updated with all new furniture inside and out! There are 4 tv's including one outside on the patio. The main bedroom includes a king bed, attached bathroom with walk in shower, large soaking tub. The second bedroom includes a queen bed with a non-attached bathroom with a walk in tile shower. All linens, bath and pool towels provided; free WIFI.

**Additional HOA fee to get membership pass for access to Country Club (Clubhouse, Pool, Hot Tub, Tennis, Pickleball, Gym, Steam room, restaurant, bar): depending on length of stay. $150 for 1 month,$300 for 1-3 months,$400 for more than 3 months. The golf course is private, no access to golf. You can play the Boulders course just across the street and many other courses in the area.
