Arrive, unpack and enjoy a space of your own. This newly finished Ardsley studio brings together warm walnut furniture, soft lighting and a welcoming place to unwind, with a private entrance and the entire studio exclusively yours.

Settle into the full-size bed with fresh linens, enjoy an evening on the sofa, or catch up at the dedicated desk with Wi-Fi. Bedside lamps, a dresser and TV, an upholstered desk chair and touches of greenery complete the space. The private bathroom features a tub and shower, fresh towels and hand soap. Air conditioning and heat keep the space comfortable.

The studio sleeps up to 4 guests with one full-size bed and a rust-orange futon couch that converts into a second bed. It is an inviting base for a Westchester visit, a weekend away or time in the city. Scarsdale or Dobbs Ferry station is approximately an 8-minute drive away, and Midtown Manhattan is around 30 minutes by car in light traffic. Travel times vary.

The studio occupies the basement level of a larger home. Your living space, bathroom and entrance are private. There is no kitchen.

To use the futon as a bed, remove the pillows and gently unfold it fully flat. It is a foam, frame-free sleeper, so there are no tools or moving parts.
