Take in pond views with dock access right from the property, and unwind in the private hot tub. The home spans roughly 1,100 sq ft and includes a gas grill, range, microwave, and refrigerator.
All trash MUST be bagged up and taken to trash bins outside. There should be no loose trash in the bins. Failure to comply will result in a fine.

NOISE RESTRICTION-
Quiet time will be strictly enforced and begins at 11pm. Any noise complaints after that time will result in immediate eviction.
