Stay in a modern approximately 209-square-foot private queen room in Central Harlem with convenient express-subway access to Midtown. Room 201 sleeps up to three guests: two in the queen bed and one on a twin air mattress provided with advance notice. There is no sofa; the room includes a desk and chair, bedside table, Smart TV for guests’ own streaming accounts, complimentary Wi-Fi, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, blackout curtains, and independently controlled heat and air conditioning. The private bathroom has a shower only. IMPORTANT ACCESS: approximately 8 outdoor steps are required from the sidewalk and there is no elevator. Guests receive unique self-check-in keypad information after verification. Shared backyard hours are 8:00 AM–10:00 PM. No on-site parking; street parking is not guaranteed. No washer, dryer, laundry service, or daily housekeeping. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. No parties, smoking, vaping, or pets except trained service animals. Shared and exterior cameras record video only; there are no cameras inside private accommodations. Smoke/CO detectors are in every room, the building is fully sprinklered, and extinguishers and first-aid supplies are in shared hallways. The Serene is represented and operated by the host as a New York City Class B accommodation intended for lawful transient occupancy.
Check-in after 3:00 PM; checkout by 11:00 AM. Primary guest must be 21 or older, complete verification, and stay at the property. Registered guests only; visitors require advance approval. No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No pets except trained service animals. Shared backyard hours are 8:00 AM–10:00 PM.
