SLEEPING SPACES:
• Primary Bedroom - upstairs, queen bed, closet, rollaway twin bed
• Bedroom 2 - upstairs, two full beds, closet
• Bedroom 3 - upstairs, bunk bed (2 twins), rollaway bed, closet
• Bedroom 4 - main level, full size bed

KITCHEN + DINING
• Main Level Kitchen: fully-stocked with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, coffee, creamer, sugar, cooking spray, olive oil, salt + pepper, and all the essentials you need to cook a home cooked meal!
• Dining Room: Table seats 10 plus room for 3 more at the island!

LIVING ROOM:
• Main floor, just off the dining room
• Two full size couches, cozy chair + rocking chair
• Vizio smart TV - login to your own streaming services and feel right at home!

BATHROOMS:
• Bathroom 1: Main Floor, Shower + tub, washer and dryer
• Bathroom 2: Upstairs, Shower (no tub)
• All bathrooms include towels, shampoo, conditioner, + body wash

BACKYARD:
• Propane grill on back patio
• Cozy outdoor chairs + string lights on front patio

PARKING:
• Parking is no issue here! There`s plenty of room to park on the driveway and on the back side of the house. Just make sure to stay off the grass.

LAUNDRY:
• Enjoy the convenience of a washers and dryer in the main level bathroom. Detergent is provided, and free for guests!

FAQs:

Early check-in?
- We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the precious little time we have to prepare the home, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks. We want it to be perfect for you! Assume check-in will be at 4 pm. You can message us on the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If you have a flight that arrives early in the day, consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready.

Late Check-out?
- No. Our home is in high demand! Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

Do you allow luggage drop-off for early arrivals or late departures?
- No, unfortunately we are unable to offer luggage drop-off at this time.

Is this a shared home?
- Nope! It`s all yours!

Do you offer a cleaning service?
- Yes! If our schedule allows, we can accommodate additional cleaning services on a weekly basis, for an added cost. Just ask us!

Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker?
- No. This is against our policy
