Alpina House Facing the Sea - Aguas Verdes

Alpine house with comfort for 4 people. Ideal 2 adults and 2 children.
The main attraction of this property is its location as it is in front of the beach.
It also has a large garden with barbeque.
It has 2 air conditioning hot / cold, wifi, smart tv, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and crockery.
At the moment, we do not provide linen (sheets and towels), although it does have pillows and warm clothes such as blankets and bedspreads.

The location of the house and its surroundings refer to the idea "of escape, of fantasy, of having a simple, remote and dreamlike existence"
Its like get away from it all and enjoy the sea and nature.
On the outside, the house has a parking space discovered, large garden with table and benches of material and grill.
Inside you will find: On the ground floor; the living room with smart tv, 2 individual armchairs and 2 individual divan beds, the kitchen and the bathroom.
Upstairs the bedroom with double bed and another bedroom with two single beds.
The great attraction is the sea in front.
The neighborhood is very quiet and rugged.
Behind the house there is a large forest that divides Aguas Verdes from La Lucila del Mar ideal to visit and enjoy at any time of the year
