Stay comfortable year-round with heating and AC throughout the space- recently insulated & works well after a day on the river!
Cook as you please in the fully stocked kitchen- we love to cook- feel free to reach out to find if we have specifics! 4 top stove top is brand new, oven is a smaller sized oven/airfryer option.
Microwave, coffee pot, Keurig, coffee bean grinder, entertainment platters, wine glasses of many styles, paper goods, ziplocks- all available and more!
Relax on the fully encircled concrete deck with multiple seating areas. Outdoor dining features 10 chairs and is dreamy with a sunset view!
Grill and chill with the large built in charcoal grill & stay toasty beside the gas fire pit!
Concrete dock features 3 boat slips- two which are fully covered available for your use. In addition there’s multiple spots to tie off on all sides.
Parking is free and private gravel- allows for 5-6 regular vehicles.
