With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and space for up to 9 guests, it is ideal for families, groups of friends and unforgettable weekends in Prague. Restaurants, cafés, bars, clubs and the city’s most famous sights are all at your doorstep.

Set on the top floor of a renovated Old Town building, Kozi Loft combines generous open-plan living with the character of a two-level city hideaway. The main floor brings everyone together around a spacious lounge, large dining table and well-equipped kitchen. It also includes one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a separate WC.

Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, a second full bathroom with a bathtub, another separate WC and the private furnished terrace—a special place for morning coffee or a drink before heading out into Prague. Skylights and numerous windows fill the loft with natural light, while the split-level layout gives larger groups space to spend time together and privacy whenever they want it.

The sleeping arrangement accommodates up to 9 guests across the three bedrooms and living area. The apartment also includes Wi-Fi, a TV, washing machine, dishwasher, dedicated workspace and everything you need for your stay.

Step outside and you are already in one of Prague’s most atmospheric neighbourhoods. Old Town Square, the Astronomical Clock and the Jewish Quarter are only minutes away on foot, while Charles Bridge, Wenceslas Square, restaurants, cafés, bars and nightlife are all within easy walking distance.
