Please know that this is not commonplace, and we thank you for calling in an order for local staff to promptly begin to resolve these issues. To clarify, we provide our guests with a starter set of paper products, cleaning supplies, and travel-sized toiletries to start their first night out on the right foot. Once these supplies run out it is the responsibility of our guests to provide any additional supplies throughout the remainder of their stay. Additionally, we have shared your cleanliness concerns with our local manager so they can address them with our housekeeping staff to ensure our cleanliness standards are continuously met.
