Originally built in 1863 by Frank Nicolin, this stunning structure features limestone walls over three feet thick. Today, the building serves as a unique cultural hub, sharing its historic walls with a premier on-site boutique cannabis retail dispensary and an immersive public lounge.



🌌 Exclusive Perks: The Sandstone Caves - The crown jewel of your stay is right beneath your feet. Guests can enjoy access to explore the building’s legendary underground sandstone cooling caves located directly off the lobby. Hand-carved into the hillside bluffs during the Civil War era, these caves maintain a cool 56-degree temperature year-round. They survived historical floods and landslides, and served as a real-life bootlegger hideout and rum-running tunnel network during Prohibition!



📐 The Space & Multi-Story LayoutThis unique "Tower" apartment layout spans three full stories, perfectly mimicking the historic design of the brewery's old tower works. Because it is a faithfully preserved 19th-century building, the apartment is accessible only via multiple flights of stairs.



Floor 1 (Entry & Dining): Walk through the main door from the front of the building and find a spacious dining table & chairs, a cozy, fully equipped kitchen, along with a two person sitting area.

Floor 2 (Living area & ½ bath): Unwind in the cozy living area equipped with a smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, A 3 seater and 2 seater comfortable couches provides extra lounging space. Along with a half bath and second exit/entrance to the upper parking lot.

Floor 3 (The Bedroom Tower): Rest easy in the quiet top-floor master suite, featuring two double beds and a pull-out sofa bed—perfect for accommodating up to 5 guests total. Includes 1.5 bathrooms across the unit.
