Welcome to our cozy lakefront cabin on beautiful Lake of the Woods—the perfect getaway for families, fishing groups, and friends. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises, a lakeside hot tub, beach access, and a comfortable place to relax after a day outdoors.
Our cabin includes a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable sleeping accommodations, high-speed Wi-Fi, Roku TVs in the living room and most bedrooms, Buck Hunter arcade game, and a warm propane fireplace to enjoy during the winter months. Outside there is a hottub overlooking the lake, firepit, small shed with outdoor games and a nice beach area to relax, play, swim or beach your small watercrafts.
Spend your days fishing, hunting, boating, swimming, ice fishing, or snowmobiling, then unwind on the deck overlooking the lake. For added convenience, the nearby bait shop, marina, lodge, and public lake access are all within walking distance.

Explore Warroad—Discover the charm of Warroad with its unique local shops, great restaurants, and beautiful waterfront views. Visit The Shed to explore an impressive collection of classic and muscle cars, then treat yourself to a scoop (or two!) of ice cream at the popular Scoops ice cream parlor.

Springsteel Resort & Marina -Just a short drive away, Springsteel Resort & Marina offers everything you need for a day on the water, including a full-service marina, bait and tackle shop, guided fishing trips, and a bar and grill perfect for relaxing with food and drinks after your adventures.

State Parks & Outdoor Recreation- Experience the natural beauty of northern Minnesota with a visit to Hayes Lake State Park or Zippel Bay State Park. Enjoy hiking, birdwatching, wildlife viewing, and breathtaking scenery. Nearby Beltrami Forest also features miles of ATV and snowmobile trails for year-round outdoor fun.

Winter Adventures—Winter transforms the area into an outdoor enthusiast's paradise. Enjoy world-class ice fishing, scenic snowmobile trails, and stunning frozen lake views. Don't miss Warroad's unique outdoor skating rink on the Warroad River, where visitors and locals alike can lace up and enjoy the winter season. The property is minutes away from the Warroad hockey rinks and less than 30 to the Roseau hockey rinks.

Lake of the Woods—The Walleye Capital of the World offers amazing fishing opportunities for multiple species, but walleye is most popular. The bite can be great all year but is generally best early summer and fall for open water and early to mid-winter for the ice fishing season. Late winter offers amazing opportunities for trophy pike along the South Shore near Springsteel Island and Warroad River. The Rainy River 40 miles to the east offers spring and fall walleye runs and also massive lake sturgeon. The south shore also has many great waterfowl hunting opportunities not far from the property. You could beach your duck boat right on the property. Right out in front of the property makes for a good spot for jet skiing or tubing on calm days.
