The Pool House at 5 Points

This special place is walkable to the 5 Points area which has many parks, unique shops, restaurants and evening hot spots. Our urban oasis features a private courtyard and patio with a pool, tons of natural lighting, and off street parking. It is centrally located near I-10 and I-95, close to downtown and the historic neighborhoods of San Marco and Avondale.

The Pool House is surrounded by 7 sections of cement walls. Each section will eventually have a different mural. Come and see our progress.
Welcome to 2039 Park St. We want you to have a comfortable, easy stay, so please review the following before arrival.

Check-in and check-out:
Check-in: anytime after 3:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Please respect these times unless a different arrangement has been approved in advance.

Arrival and parking:
GPS may bring you to the main red brick house at the front of the property.
Please continue down the driveway to the white building with the light blue door, which is the guesthouse.

Off-street parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the rental parking area behind the main house, in front of the guesthouse.

Please park only in the designated guest area and avoid blocking access.

Entry:
The home uses keypad self-check-in.

To unlock the door, press the home button to wake the keypad, enter your code, and the door will unlock automatically.

The same code works for both doors.

When leaving, please press the lock button to secure the property.

During your stay:
Please treat the home with care and respect the property.

Registered guests only unless approved in advance.

Please be mindful of noise, especially in the evening and late at night.

If you bring pets, please clean up after them and help keep the space in good condition. Dog waste bags are provided in the entryway of the home.

Please leave the home reasonably tidy at check-out.

Pool use:
The private pool is available for guest use.
Please use the pool responsibly and supervise children at all times.
For safety, use the pool area at your own risk and be respectful of the property and surrounding space.

Before you leave:
Lock both doors when you depart.

Make sure personal belongings are collected.

If anything was damaged or not working properly during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible.
