Welcome to your peaceful Arizona retreat in the beautiful Estrella Mountain Ranch community of Goodyear. With comfortable bedrooms, inviting living spaces, a private heated pool, and scenic mountain and desert preserve views, this home is the perfect getaway for family vacations, golf trips, outdoor adventures, spring training, or a relaxing desert escape.

This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features an open layout, comfortable accommodations, and a private backyard designed for enjoying the Arizona sunshine. The living area features vaulted ceilings, built-in details, a smart TV, and a comfortable sectional, creating a welcoming space to gather and unwind.

The split-bedroom layout provides added privacy, with the primary suite tucked away from the additional bedrooms. The primary bathroom features a separate soaking tub and shower, dual vanities, and a walk-in closet, creating a comfortable space to relax and recharge.

The well-equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the living and dining area, making it easy to cook, dine, and spend time together. It features granite countertops, dark maple cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a pantry, and a stone island with breakfast-bar seating. Whether you`re enjoying a casual breakfast or preparing dinner for the group, the open design keeps everyone connected.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis, where the home backs to a natural desert preserve and offers beautiful mountain views. Take a refreshing swim in the heated pool, relax beneath the covered patio, or settle in for a peaceful evening while watching the Arizona sunset. It`s an inviting space to enjoy morning coffee, poolside afternoons, and relaxing evenings outdoors.

The pool is serviced all year for our guests to use as they please! If you would like for the pool to be heated for your stay please notify us in within at least 24 hours of your check-in, this is an additional $100 daily. Please note that we set our pool temperatures between 76 to 78 degrees. It takes about 12-16 hours for the pool to fully heat.

We are only able to accommodate pool heat requests if it is for the entire duration of the stay and with a minimum of a 3-night reservation. A $150 trip charge will be applied on top of the pool heat fee should the request be received on the day of check-in or when the trip has already commenced.

As part of Estrella Mountain Ranch, you`ll have access to an array of community amenities and outdoor activities, including hiking and biking trails, lakes, golf, tennis, pickleball, fitness facilities, and community pools. Whether you`re looking for adventure or simply want to slow down and enjoy the scenery, this home offers a wonderful balance of comfort, privacy, and the best of the Arizona desert lifestyle.

- For reservations with 30 nights or more, the standard cleaning fee will be doubled to accommodate a deep clean.

- Early check-in and Late check-out may be accommodated, subject to the property’s availability 24 hours before your scheduled check-in or check-out day. Please note that applicable fees will apply for these requests: $85 for any check-in between 12:00PM to 2:00PM and full night rate for any late check-out.

- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.

- We do not provide propane for the property`s grill/ BBQ and firepit. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.

- Please use your preferred streaming log in on any of the Smart TV`s in the home. Please do not forget to log out of your account before departing the home.

- This is a non-smoking property, fines start at $2000.00 for smoking inside the property.

- In the case of a refund request, the processing fees will not be refunded.

- Strict “No house party” policy! Anyone planning to have a party should book elsewhere.

- All City of Goodyear noise complaint fines will be automatically billed to the customer. Fines start at $250.

- Any cancellations due to Covid or any other illnesses will be subject to the cancellation policy associated with the listing. No refunds or credits will be issues due to COVID-19 or any other health related issues
