Our Catskills home is a spacious 3-bed, 3-bath retreat just 12 minutes from skiing hotspots Hunter and Windham. Spend summer days exploring the area's waterfalls, lakes, hiking trails, and swimming holes—including a beautiful creek just a few minutes away. Afterward, relax by the wood-burning fireplace, play shuffleboard and darts in the game room, or head into nearby mountain towns for great restaurants/bars, cafés, farm stands, and antique shopping. The perfect base for a Catskills getaway!

The house works well for families or small groups who want room to unwind without feeling on top of each other. Spend your days hiking nearby trails, swimming in local lakes and swimming holes, or exploring waterfalls—and in winter, heading to the ski slopes or snow tubing/ice skating nearby at Bearpen Mountain. Just down the road is a beautiful creek that’s perfect for a picnic or a refreshing dip on warm days - it's our happy place!

Some of our favorite spots—Fellow Café, Deer Mountain Inn, Hotel Lilian for drinks or dinner, and the shops and restaurants in Tannersville—are all just a short drive away. We have found some local gems and hidden spots we're happy to share with you, too.
