The Space:

Dom Dobrego Lata is a historic 101 m² house with six rooms, designed for up to six guests. The accommodation includes three bedrooms: one with a 160 cm double bed and two with 180 cm double beds.



The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle and air fryer. Guests can also make use of the dining table, wine glasses, as well as complimentary coffee and tea.



The living area features a Bluetooth speaker. Wi-Fi is available.



The bathroom has a walk-in shower, hairdryer and basic toiletries including shower gel, hand soap and shampoo.



The bedrooms include wardrobes, clothes hangers and blankets, with synthetic pillows provided. Blackout curtains or blinds are also available.



The house has a distinctive historic character, creating a relaxed setting for a slower-paced stay and an authentic experience of the Żuławy region.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the house and the outdoor area. The property includes a garden with outdoor furniture, a balcony, a kitchen and dining area, and a porch overlooking the surroundings.



Guests can use the barbecue and the fire pit in the garden. Charcoal and firewood are not provided.



Bicycles can be stored in the barn or basement, with convenient access from the garden. Bicycles are not provided for guests.



Pets are welcome at no additional charge. Parties and events are not permitted on the property.



The Neighborhood:

Dom Dobrego Lata is located in Drewnica, in the Żuławy region, close to the area where the Vistula reaches the sea. It is a setting where a peaceful stay can be combined with exploring the distinctive landscape and heritage of the region.



Nearby attractions include a historic windmill dating back to 1718 and opportunities for kayaking on the Szkarpawa River. Guests can also take the Mikoszewo–Świbno ferry and explore the Vistula estuary, home to a nature reserve where seals can be spotted.



For local food, there is a recommended restaurant Mały Holender,located in a traditional Żuławy arcade house.



Getting Around:

The property is reached via the entrance gate from Wałowa Street. The entrance to the house is on the garden side. Check-in is handled in person.



Guests arriving by car can use the outdoor parking area just beyond the entrance gate.



Other Things to Note:

The property operates seasonally and is not available to guests from October through April.



The house is a historic property, and guests are asked to use common sense and care when staying there.
