Access to the home requires stairs.

The home does not provide a crib, high chair, booster seat, or stair gates. The backyard has a sloped, wooded area, and the property includes a wood-burning fireplace and a hot tub. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors at all times.

The property also includes a separate cottage, fully private from the house, that may occasionally be occupied by owners or guests.

Exterior security cameras and a video doorbell monitor the front entrance, driveway, and side access areas only. They do not monitor the home interior, the hot tub, the deck, the patio, or any private outdoor guest area.

Guests have exclusive access to the home and all listed amenities during their stay.
