Fish from your private deep water dock at sunrise, walk across the street to Crescent Beach, and end the day by the pool as the sun sets over the Matanzas River.
This St. Augustine waterfront retreat sleeps 16 across a main house and a private studio, with two full kitchens and more than 2,000 square feet of decks, balconies, and screened porches.
The Outdoor Living
Decks, balconies, screened porches, and waterfront gathering areas mean there's always a spot to dine, read, or watch the water. From the third-floor balcony, you'll get peekaboo views of the ocean.
The Dock and the Water
Your private floating dock extends into the Matanzas River and is a favorite spot for fishing at sunrise or launching kayaks and paddleboards. Guests often spot dolphins, manatees, sea turtles, osprey, egrets, pelicans, and even roseate spoonbills. Boat and jet ski rentals are available nearby.
The Beach
Crescent Beach is directly across the street, with drive-on beach access less than a minute away. A surf rental shop is a few blocks down the road, and beach chairs and gear are provided.
Games and Activities
Air hockey, basketball, Battle Golf, bucket golf, and Jazzminton are all on hand for families and groups.
Where Everyone Sleeps (Sleeps 16)
Main House
Main floor: one bedroom with two day beds
Second floor: three bedrooms with three queen beds and one twin bed
Third floor: private primary suite with a king bed
Studio Suite (above the garage, overlooking the pool)
Two queen beds and one twin bed, plus a full kitchen and living area (sleeps 5)
Whether you're traveling with grandparents, several families, or a group of friends, the two kitchens and multiple gathering spaces let everyone come together and still have room to spread out. Furniture, linens, and kitchen supplies are all newly furnished.
Before You Book
St. Johns County allows a maximum of 10 adults per stay, plus children under 18.
For everyone's safety, all adults must sign a waiver before the reservation is final. Your reservation isn't complete until every waiver is signed, even if it's paid in full.
The pool, deep-water river frontage, elevated decks, and multi-level stairs mean young children need close adult supervision at all times. Families are very welcome.
This is a mid-century coastal home with more than 60 years of character. It's been updated throughout, but expect the charm and quirks of a one-of-a-kind waterfront property.
Why Guests Love It
It's rare to find a home where you can fish from a private dock, walk to the beach, swim in a pool, watch dolphins from the deck, and comfortably host a large group, all in one place.
