By booking this property, guests agree to the following: the booking guest must be at least 21 years old, may be required to provide valid government-issued ID, and must be present during the stay (no unauthorized third-party bookings). Only registered guests are permitted on the property at any time, and exceeding occupancy or bringing unauthorized visitors may result in immediate termination without refund. Strict quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and no parties, events, or excessive noise are permitted under any circumstances. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside or around the property and will result in a minimum $500 fee. Pets are only allowed with prior approval and applicable fees. Guests are fully responsible for any damages, missing items, excessive mess, or additional cleaning required beyond standard turnover, as well as lost keys or access devices. The unit must be left in reasonable condition upon checkout. Exterior security cameras are in place to monitor entry points and ensure compliance, and tampering with them is prohibited. Any illegal activity will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund and may be reported to authorities. The host is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the stay, and by confirming the booking, guests accept full responsibility for themselves and their party and agree to all house rules.
