The Space:

Domek pod Dębem is a year-round wooden cottage with a total area of 70 m², comfortably accommodating up to five guests. The cottage’s intimate character and functional layout create a comfortable space for both weekend getaways and longer stays.



The cottage is fenced and surrounded by a private garden with mature trees, creating a sense of privacy, intimacy and coziness. Guests have exclusive use of the entire cottage, as well as a private terrace equipped with outdoor furniture.



The cottage features three rooms, including a bedroom, a living room with a seating area, and a fully equipped kitchen. An additional space is provided by the mezzanine, which adds a unique character to the interior. The cottage also has a fully equipped bathroom with a shower.



Year-round comfort is ensured by central heating with a thermostat and a wood-burning fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere on colder days.



The kitchen is equipped for convenient everyday cooking and includes an electric stove, a fridge with freezer, a kettle, a pressure coffee machine and a blender. Guests will also find a dining table and wine glasses. An oven is additionally available in the main building of the property.



The bathroom is equipped with basic toiletries and a hairdryer. An iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and first-aid kit are also available.



Guest Access:

In addition to the private garden and terrace, guests can enjoy a shared outdoor area located next to the main house. It includes a natural playground for children, a garden gazebo and a fire pit, creating a pleasant space for spending time outdoors.



Guests can also use the shared recreational area and a large barbecue located on the property. Use of the fire pit is subject to an additional fee.



Free parking is available on site for guests, and a secure bicycle storage room is provided. Four bicycles can be rented for an additional charge.



This property allows pets. The fee is 35 zł per pet per night.



Firewood is available for an additional fee of 50 zł. Guests are responsible for providing their own charcoal for the grill.



Breakfast is available for an additional fee. The cost of meals is 50 PLN per person for adults and 30 PLN for children ages 4 and up.



A local tax of 3 PLN per person per night applies.



The Neighborhood:

Domek pod Dębem is located in Gierczyn, in the heart of the Izera Mountains, a region known for its scenic hiking trails, cycling routes and peaceful natural surroundings. It is an excellent destination for guests looking to combine relaxation with outdoor adventures.



The agritourism property is home to horses, goats, rabbits and birds. Guests can take part in activities with the animals, horse rides, walks, feeding sessions and animal-assisted activities. The property also hosts sports and recreational classes, functional training, dance sessions and personal development workshops for women. Numerous hiking and cycling trails nearby lead towards Izerski Stóg, historic mine adits and mountain huts.



Getting Around:

The easiest way to reach Domek pod Dębem is by car. The cottage is located at the end of the access road, and dedicated parking is available exclusively for guests and the property owners.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Guests are welcomed in person by the owner, who hands over the keys upon arrival.



As the property is part of a working agritourism farm, horses, goats, rabbits and birds live on site. Guests travelling with children or pets are asked to exercise extra care. Access to the stables and animal enclosures is permitted only with the owner's consent or supervision.
