Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on availability and may require an additional fee.



🌙 Quiet Hours

Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to help maintain a peaceful environment for all residents.



🐾 Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted.

Bringing any animal—including Emotional Support Animals (ESAs)—is considered a lease violation and will result in immediate cancellation without refund.



❗Please note: Required Security Deposit or Damage Waiver (charged separately after booking).

Guests must select one of the following options after booking via our Guest App:

- $450 refundable security deposit, or

- $29/night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped at $150 per stay)

This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.



The $29/night Damage Protection Program covers accidental damage up to $450. This does not cover smoke remediation cleaning, lost fobs, parking tags, or garage openers, which are $200 per lost item.

For property security and legal compliance, guests may be required to complete identity verification before arrival.

This process may include:

• Government-issued photo ID

• Contact information confirmation

• Guest verification portal

• Criminal background screening (when required)

Your information is used only for verification purposes.

All guests must also sign a rental agreement before check-in.

Verification must be completed:

• Within 24 hours of booking

• Within 1 hour for same-day reservations

Reservations that do not complete the required verification may be cancelled.

Check-in instructions may be withheld until verification has been successfully completed.



🏢 Building Amenity Notice

Community amenities are managed by the building rather than the host and may occasionally become unavailable because of maintenance, repairs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

This may include, but is not limited to:

• Common areas

• Other shared amenities

If an issue arises during your stay, please let us know, and we'll gladly report it to building management. While we'll do everything we can to assist, we cannot guarantee repair timelines or amenity availability.



🔧 Maintenance Access

Occasionally, essential maintenance or emergency repairs may require access to the apartment during your stay.

We appreciate your cooperation if access is needed. Refusing scheduled maintenance access may result in a $100 rescheduling fee.
