Our gorgeous porch view of the San Juan Mountains will greet you upon arrival! This space is perfect for couples, solo travelers and small families as we are close to many adventures including the Black Canyon National Park, Ridgway and Ouray. Montrose is also home to 3 golf courses, miles of bike trails, and an amazing rec center with pools, rock climbing, pickleball & exercise equipment. This property is located only 8 minutes from Montrose Regional airport and a few minutes to downtown Montrose with lots of restaurants and shopping. It’s a great spot to recharge after a day of exploring, whether you’re relaxing indoors with A/C and heating or enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the porch, this property has you covered. The Space:
Modern 1 bath studio apartment above garage. This 475 sq ft space offers high speed fiber internet, kitchenette, full bathroom and outdoor entrance. There are stairs to access the apartment with laundry room at bottom of stairs.

Queen bed, twin size floor mattress, full size air mattress and futon couch are available sleeping options. (baby pack n play available upon request)

Heat and A/C unit with own thermostat and floor fans.

Kitchenette includes Keurig coffee maker & pods, toaster oven, microwave, induction cook top with cooking pot, spices, basic utensils and dishes, wine glasses and bottle opener.

Board games, books and toys

*This unit is upstairs above our home, and your outdoor entrance is shared with a second rental unit.

*The main house is our home, and we live there year-round. If you see us outside on the porch or playing in the yard you are welcome to stop and say hi! We are a family that enjoys hosting guests from all over.

Guest access:
Entire apartment unit above garage and laundry unit.

Other things to note:
We also have a friendly old porch dog who will probably come say hi and possibly bark when you arrive to let us know you are here. Two farm cats that like to hang around on our porch and yard, if you have issues with animals, please let us know.

For your safety and ours we have outdoor cameras on the parking and entrance areas that are on at all times.
