A dream at the seaside with seven terraces - Villa Gabella at Pisciotta-Caprioli may make your holiday dream of "living out-of-doors" come true, because the accommodation offers a lot of lovely spots where you can spend pleasant hours out in the open.

Sonnenanbeter werden sich auf der großen Dachterrasse der Villa Gabella wohlfühlen. Wer den Schatten vorzieht, macht es sich auf den überdachten Freisitzen bequem. Schlendern Sie durch den terrassierten Garten mit Palmen, Kakteen, Olivenbäumen und einem Meer an Blüten und lassen Sie Ihre Seele baumeln!

Die Lage des aufwändig restaurierten Ferienhauses auf einem über 3000 m² großen Anwesen ist märchenhaft:
Von der an einem Hang gelegenen Villa Gabella aus genießen Sie eine phantastische Sicht auf das Meer und das Capo Palinuro, nach nur ca. 200 m erreichen Sie fußläufig den weiten Sandstrand "Saline". Lebensmittelgeschäfte, eine Café-Bar und das nächste Restaurant finden Sie nach ca. 500 m in Caprioli, einem Ortsteil von Pisciotta.

TRAUM-FERIENHAUS VILLA GABELLA
Ebenso gepflegt wie die Außenanlage ist das Innere des Ferienhauses. Mit Liebe zum Detail und Sinn für Ästhetik sind die Räume gestaltet, deren dominierende Farben Grün und Blau die Namensgeber für das Haupthaus Villa Verde und die zusätzlich anmietbare Einliegerwohnung Villa Blu sind.

HAUPTHAUS VILLA VERDE – Das Herzstück der Villa Verde ist der geräumige, durch große Fensterfronten helle, luftige Bereich im Erdgeschoss. Er umfasst das Wohnzimmer, in dem Sie es sich vor dem Kamin, vor dem Fernseher und auf der Couch gemütlich machen können, sowie den Essbereich mit Küchenbereich. Der mit elegant-rustikalen Rundbögen unterteilte Raum verfügt über Zugang zu zwei großen Terrassen mit wunderbarem Meerblick.
Auf der zum Hang gelegenen Seite befindet sich eine weitere, durch Olivenbäume beschattete Terrasse, die sich ideal zum Essen im Freien anbietet. Ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eines der beiden Bäder.

In der 1. Etage befinden sich ein Bad sowie die 3 Schlafzimmer (2 mit Klimaanlage) des Haupthauses. Zum Doppelzimmer gehören zwei Terrassen mit herrlicher Sicht auf das Meer. Auch die anderen beiden Zimmer (Stockbett; Einzelbett) haben Zugang zur Terrasse bzw. zu einem Balkon. Über eine Treppe erreichen Sie die sonnige Dachterrasse: Das Capo Palinuro scheint zum Greifen nah.

EINLIEGERWOHNUNG VILLA BLU – Die Villa Blu bietet Platz für weitere 4 Personen. Sie befindet sich im gleichen Gebäude wie die Villa Verde, wird jedoch über einen separaten Eingang betreten. Villa Blu umfasst eine geräumige Wohnküche, 2 Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett; 2 Einzelbetten), ein Bad sowie eine überdachte Terrasse.

Villa Gabella ist mit Zentralheizung ausgestattet, wodurch sie auch für einen Aufenthalt im Winter geeignet ist. Haupthaus und Einliegerwohnung verfügen jeweils über einen Safe. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich 2 überdachte PKW-Stellplätze.

Sun worshippers are sure to feel comfortable on the spacious roof terrace of Villa Gabella; if you prefer the shade, make yourself comfortable and relax in the roofed outdoor seating areas. Strolling through the terraced garden with palm trees, cacti, olive trees and a sea of flowers is a great way to unwind.

The location of the elaborately renovated holiday home on an over 3,000 m² estate is marvelous:
Villa Gabella sits on a slope above the beach and offers a fantastic view of the sea and Capo Palinuro. By the way, it is only a ca. 200 m walk down to wide, sandy Saline beach. Grocery stores, a café bar and the nearest restaurant are found about 500 m off at Caprioli, a district of Pisciotta.

DREAM HOUSE VILLA GABELLA
The inside of Villa Gabella is as well-tended as its outdoor area. The rooms have been designed with a love of detail and a sense of taste. Main house Villa Verde and in-law apartment Villa Blu have been named for the main colors defining the rooms, green and blue. Villa Blu can only be booked in addition to Villa Verde.

MAIN HOUSE VILLA VERDE – The spacious, bright and airy living area on the ground floor can be called the heart of Villa Verde. It includes the living room with fireplace and the dining-kitchen area, which are connected by rustic-elegant round arch openings, and offers access of two large terraces, from where you have got a wonderful view of the sea. Another terrace on the side facing the slope is shaded by olive trees and the perfect place for outdoor meals, amongst others the ones you have prepared on the grill. The ground-floor bathroom (shower/bidet/WC) is equipped with a washing machine.

On the 1st floor lie Villa Verde’s 3 bedrooms (two with air conditioning) and a bathroom (shower/bidet/WC). The double bedroom opens onto two terraces with a great view of the sea. The other two bedrooms (bunk bed; single bed) too offer access of the 'outside'; one opens onto the terrace, one onto a balcony. A staircase runs up to the sunny roof terrace: Capo Palinuro seems to be within easy reach.

IN-LAW APARTMENT VILLA BLU - Villa Blu accommodates another 4 persons. The apartment has got a separate entrance and includes a spacious kitchen-dining-living room, 2 bedrooms (double bed; twin beds), a bathroom (shower/bidet/WC) as well as a roofed terrace.

Further amenities at Villa Gabella: safe in both Villa Verde and Villa Blu, WiFi, SAT-TV, central heating (extra charge in case of use), which makes the holiday home suitable for a stay also in winter, children’s bed and highchair (upon request). There are two roofed parking spaces on the fenced premises.
