As you enter, you’re welcomed by a sun-filled living area highlighted by a large window that brings in beautiful natural light. The emerald tones paired with black and gold details create a sophisticated and inviting first impression. The layout flows seamlessly down the hall into the main living room, where a spacious sofa and Smart TV offer the perfect setting for movie nights or unwinding after a long day. High-speed 500 Mbps Wi-Fi ensures smooth streaming and reliable connectivity for remote work or entertainment. Board games are available for added enjoyment.

The open-concept space connects to a dining area with seating for four and a kitchen island/bar with four additional stools, making it easy to gather, dine, or socialize. The kitchen is fully stocked with practical and specialty appliances, including a Ninja air fryer, Ninja blender, ice maker, waffle maker, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg bites maker, microwave, oven, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. Whether preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, you’ll have the tools you need. Guests are welcome to use the olive oil, cooking spray, salt, pepper, and a selection of spices, along with coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer provided in the kitchen. You’ll also find martini and wine glasses for a relaxed evening in!

A stacked washer and dryer are conveniently located in the pantry area and are available for guests use; detergent and softener are not provided.

The primary suite serves as a private retreat, decorated with floral artwork and designed for comfort. It features a comfortable queen bed, large closet space, spacious drawers, and a full-length mirror. The en-suite three-quarter bathroom includes a sink, toilet, and shower with excellent water pressure. The second bedroom functions as a flexible office space, equipped with a corner desk and comfortable office chair, making it ideal for remote work. It also includes a full-size memory foam sofa bed sleeper and a clothing rack to help organize belongings. The third bedroom is styled in a warm boho theme and features a queen-size bed, full-length mirror, and closet equipped with an ironing board and iron. A rowing machine is available for guests who wish to incorporate light workouts during their stay.

Down the hall you’ll find the second bathroom. This bathroom includes a sink, toilet, and shower with excellent water pressure.

Outside, the backyard offers patio seating for six, providing a simple and comfortable space to relax. Parking is available on the street only. For added security and peace of mind, floodlight security cameras are installed on the exterior of the property. Please note that while the home is well-equipped for adult guests and small groups, it is not specifically child-proofed or designed as a kid-focused space.
