Newly renovated Lake House Retreat - 30 mins to Jay Peak Resort

This Newport house boasts 4 inviting bedrooms, including a queen, two kings, and a fun bunk bed. Guests enjoy 4 bathrooms, each featuring a shower and bathtub for a relaxing experience. The space stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Bright and superb, the home offers plenty of room to unwind or gather with friends and family. Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or an extended retreat, this enchanting house is ready to welcome you and make your stay truly special.

Inside bedroom #1, in the closet you will find a pack n play for babies/toddlers. There are sheets for the mattress in the closet. There are also multiple baby/toddler toys in the living that can be used. There is also baby seating available.

The house is equipped with 4 mini splits, that can be used for a/c. The bathroom on the main floor, has a washer & dryer in the closet.

There is lake access from our private dock.There is a propane grill and a propane fire place on the deck that you can enjoy will watching the sunset. Stairs leading down to our private dock, which can be used to enjoy the lake. These stairs are very lengthy, both from lawn to lake.
Also, the lawn is not flat. Please be careful when walking up and down.

Train does goes by the house everyday, sometimes 2 times a day.

When looking down the hill, you will find a small beach area to overlook the lake.

PARKING - can comfortably park 4 vehicles, can fit up to 6 by squeezing them in.
Garage is private. Please don’t use.
Basement is also private. Please don’t use.
