We really enjoyed our stay at Brian and Kathleen's place! It is very comfortable and well located in beautiful Playa Conchal Reserve. A big plus is access to the Reserve's beach club, which is situated on a beautiful beach, has a fabulous pool, and a very good restaurant. Brian and Kathleen were very accommodating in allowing us an early check-in which we greatly appreciated. We would definitely return!

We had a wonderful week at Reserva Conchal. The condo was much larger than the pictures could capture, with high ceilings and it was very comfortable. We especially loved the beach/pool club and having service at the pool. We ate mosts of our meals at Needa's and the food was great. We watched the beautiful sunsets from the condo balcony every night. When we ran into small issues, the team was very responsive and helpful and that was greatly appreciated.

The condo was cozy and had everything we needed! The unit is close to the pool and is just off one of the holes on the golf course. Great views and you can see the ocean and hear the waves crashing at night. We highly recommend!

Brian and Kathleen were highly communicative during our stay. The pictures of their place do not do it justice; their condo is beautiful and well-maintained! I would highly recommend their place, as we had a wonderful stay.

Out family of four had a great time. Great beach, lovely condo.

The condo is lovely with great cooking facilities excellent sleeping accommodations and a nice balcony. We grilled at the condo’s grill a 3 minute walk and spent much of each day at the beach club.

Excellent price and Location

It was home away from home, the place is super clean and spacious. We live in Texas ans everything is bigger at home, however this VRBO was surprisingly spacious and well kept, the community is beautiful and all the amenities that they offer is superb.

Wonderful property and location.

Property was lovely. Owners were very helpful and prompt with their communication. It was an awesome vacation with lots of activities for our 17 and 14 year old kids.

Wonderful stay at comfortable condo

Very spacious for our family of four, well appointed and great location and pool. Entire reserve complex very clean with extremely courteous and attentive staff. Conchal beach amazing as is flamingo beach. Don’t miss Coco Loco for a meal (or two) and sunset.

Excellent stay at Reserva Conchal

We had a great time staying here. The condo was big enough for the six of us. Having access to the beach club was a huge plus. Host was very responsive and all minor issues were handled right away. I highly recommend staying here.

Great Resort!

Great way to end the Thanksgiving Family Vacation! - Arenal to Monteverde to Playa Conchal! Condo was the perfect location for everyone to be in the same villa and do some home cooking. Westin Beach Club is incredible! Will come back!

Great Holiday Getaway🙌

We loved our stay here, it was a beautiful location easily accessible from both San Jose and Liberia where our family joined from. Spacious and clean as well as very-well equipped, we enjoyed the condo and will return again! Service was responsive when we needed it. The beach and club facilities are stellar, we enjoyed the diverse activities such as golf, hikes, beach time, catamaran sailing ⛵️gym, spa and great restaurants - something for everyone!

We loved our week at this property. The beds were comfortable, location great, the kitchen was great if you cook a bit, missing a few things for this cook with a tiny bar sink, but we loved the condo and always enjoy being at the Reserva Conchal!

Beautiful Condo - great amenities

The condo at Reserva Conchal is beautiful with a great view from the porch. A short ride free shuttle service until 10pm!) takes you to the beach club which is fabulous.
