The cabin has an expansive covered patio and wrap around deck perfect for grilling and dining outside underneath the overhead fan. The cabin features a kitchenette with basic food heating amenities such as a microwave oven, hot plate, small grill oven, coffee maker, toaster and blender with a shared sink in the enclosed bathroom. The outside grill features a full gas grill with side saddle gas stovetop burner. There is a second deck located just off of the main deck, connected by a decked walkway that overlooks the Caddo River that is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening glass of wine or other beverage of your choosing. The property is bordered on two sides by Ouachita National Forrest lands and has over 1000 feet of private river frontage to the Caddo River with shallow wading areas, moderately deep swimming holes, as well as fishing access. Nearby tourist attractions include the Mt. Ida area town and museum, numerous crystal digging businesses, the Hot Springs National Park, Mena and the Wolf Pen ATV trail system, Little Mo Falls, the Caddo River Rafting businesses in nearby Glenwood and at the Caddo Gap.
