The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. We provide a contact-free check in and the entrance-way is in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas.



Parking: Easy access private parking. You will have 2 parking passes. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: 2 level townhouse. Bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. *Stairs required to access that part of the property** Self check-in with keypad access code.

**PROPERTY HAS 2 CAMERAS, 1 OUT FRONT AND 1 OUT BACK**



Kitchen: Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Air fryer, coffee maker, and more!



Family room: Spacious with plenty of seating. Sleeper sofa!



A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use control panel.



Bedroom 1: Queen bed! TV. Bathroom attached.



Bath 1: Attached to bedroom 1.



Bedroom 2: Queen bed. Bathroom attached.



Bathroom 2: Attached to bedroom 2.



Patio: Seating! Closet outside with beach chairs and an umbrella!



Beach: Just a short stroll down the street.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the condo (other than locked owners closets) and the complex grounds.



The Neighborhood:

About 7 minutes from MYR Airport.



Getting Around:

The complex offers easy access parking for guests. Guests can also get an Uber/Lyft to where ever you need to go.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: This unit is located near the street and it is possible that you will hear traffic noises. Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, parking lots, grounds, etc.

Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Routine Pest Control happens every 3rd Friday of the month. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



No pets. Max guest count is 6.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
