Cabin Time at Lake Cumberland is a brand-new cabin and is nestled on a private 20-acre family farm in the Rowena area, right between Lake Cumberland and Dale Hollow. This property joins the Corps of Engineers and is hiking/walking distance to Laurel Falls on Lake Cumberland. This hiking trail features a historic hike down a trail known to locals as “railroad holler.” Over 100 years ago a train hauling coal used this trail to transport coal from nearby mountains. The trail is marked for easy directions to Lake Cumberland. It’s a must see! If you are an avid hiker you must check out this hiking trail. (A waiver must be signed.) This cabin is located within a 5-minute drive to Lake Cumberland and a 20-minute drive to Dale Hollow lake. This cabin is also located within 5 minutes of a local boat ramp with free boat launching. This cabin is conveniently located 14 miles to Safe Harbor Grider Hill Dock, 16 miles to Wolf River Dock, 19 miles to Safe Harbor Wisdom Dock and 9.6 miles to 76 Falls Golf course and 76 Falls overlook. Sounds like a little piece of heaven, doesn’t it?

Gravel parking is plentiful which includes a circle drive for easy boat and RV access.

This cabin is very unique with blue stain pine and includes two inviting bedrooms and a pull-out futon that makes an extra bed. One queen-size bed with a firm mattress on the first floor and a full-size bed located in the loft. This cabin sleeps six very comfortably. This cabin has a lovely, cozy atmosphere. Guests can relax in a space that stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. The single bathroom with a walk-in shower is thoughtfully equipped to meet your needs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking inside or outside on a charcoal grill. (Please bring your own charcoal). This cabin also has a full hook-up RV site for your extended family or friends. (Additional charge). Free Wifi and Roku are available for your convenience.

So, if you’re curling up with a book, enjoying quiet moments, or if you’re ready to relax after a day on the lake or golf course, this enchanting cabin offers a peaceful retreat. The outside fire pit has rustic log seating for your enjoyment. You only need to bring chairs if you require seating with backs.
