Bungalow 15 is a circa 1930’s stucco bungalow with approximately 1260 square feet of interior space and 200 square feet of front porch. It is directly beside our other listing Bungalow 17 and just one block from The Little House on Pecan.

There is a one car width driveway to the left of the home and a concrete pad in front of the home. Ample parking for 3 vehicles total. There are 3 steps required to enter the front door. No handrail. Home has central heat/air.

This short term rental was set up with the traveling workers in mind with attention to specific amenities including comfortable seating and beds. Both bedrooms have smart enabled TV’s as well as the living area. There is more than ample seating so guests can have space for using phones, computers, reading, or watching TV. The home is very relaxing, quiet, and inviting. Dining table for four in the dining room and breakfast table for two in the kitchen. There is a desk in the main dining area. Fully functional kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, microwave. NO dishwasher. There are necessary utensils, cookware, and dishes to cook and serve a meal. Drip coffee pot available. Attached laundry room at the back of the home that is accessible for guests. Queen bed in the front bedroom. Two full (double) sized beds in the other bedroom. There is one full bathroom with tub/shower combo that is accessible between the two bedrooms. You must enter one of the bedrooms to get to the bathroom, which is a common setup in this era of bungalow homes. High speed FIBEROPTIC internet is included. There are NO cable or satellite channels but plenty of streaming options including Netflix, Hulu, etc.
Guests can sign into cable or satellite channels via their own provider with Roku TV’s.
