Guest Access:

The apartment features a smart lock, allowing you to check in and check out independently. During your stay, the entire apartment is yours to enjoy.



Luggage storage may be available subject to availability. In most cases, luggage can be dropped off before check-in starting at 12:00 PM and after check-out until 1:00 PM.



Luggage must be left neatly inside the apartment to allow our cleaning team to prepare the unit for incoming guests.



Please note that luggage cannot be stored at the building's front desk.



Any luggage storage request must be coordinated in advance with the host.



The pool is a shared building amenity and is open daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please note that the pool undergoes regular cleaning and maintenance on a weekly basis, subject to the building administration's schedule and discretion.

Walking in the neighborhood is safe and enjoyable. It's a walking distance to Larcomar, cafes bars a restaurants. If you like to go around the downtown we recommend to take a Uber or Cabify to do some sightseeing in the historic city of Lima.

Other Things to Note:

The names of all guests and a photo of each guest's ID must be provided before check-in so they can be registered with the building.



All guests must present their physical ID to the building administration in order to complete the registration process and check in to the unit.



The swimming pool is open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.
