By Car: If you're driving, you're covered with free alleyway parking and secure gated garage parking behind the building. Churchill Downs, NuLu, Bardstown Road, and the broader Bourbon Trail are all quick drives of 15 minutes or less.

Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are readily available downtown with short pickup times, ideal for Derby events, distillery tours, or a night out.

Public Transit: TARC bus lines run throughout downtown with stops just steps from the building, offering easy, affordable connections across the city.

Other Things to Note:

Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM. No parties. No smoking. No pets. Guests park in the alley garage behind the building with the QR code from the check-in instructions. One car per unit, with a 6'1" height limit. The building entrance is the black door in the alley. The kitchen faucet is motion activated, and the washer and dryer is one combined unit with detergent built in. Lost and found items ship for a $60 fee.
