Guest Access: Guests will have private access to the entire Unit A apartment during their stay. This includes all living spaces, the fully equipped kitchen, all three bedrooms, the bathroom, and the in unit washer and dryer.The apartment is located on the second floor of a mixed use building with a local breakfast café occupying the commercial space on the first floor, and one additional residential unit. You`ll have your own private apartment, and the only common space is a shared entry stairway.

The apartment is just 3 blocks from the beach and boardwalk, making it easy to come and go throughout the day. A popular local breakfast café is conveniently located on the first floor of the building, while countless dining options, coffee shops, miniature golf courses, amusement rides, water parks, and parks are all just minutes away. Whether you`re planning a relaxing beach vacation or a fun filled family getaway, you`ll be perfectly situated to enjoy everything Ocean City has to offer.

The area is very walkable and bike able, ridesharing options are easily accessable in the area as well.

Listing Notes:
PARKING: There is no dedicated onsite parking. Free street parking is available throughout the surrounding neighborhood, and Ocean City also offers several public parking lots nearby.

TVs: There are Smart TVs in the living room and all three bedrooms. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO, Prime Video, Disney+, and Netflix with your own credentials. There is no cable.

SHARED SPACES or MULTI UNIT BLDG: This apartment is located on the second floor of a mixed use building. The first floor is occupied by a local breakfast café, and there is one other residential unit as well. While the building itself contains multiple units, your apartment is completely private. There are no shared indoor living spaces. The only common area is a staircase up to the unit.

STAIRS: There are 8-10 stairs required to access the unit from the ground level

PETS: We welcome well behaved dogs only (no cats unless specifically approved), with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (up to 80 lbs each unless approved in advance). A non-refundable pet fee applies, and all pets must be disclosed at the time of booking—no exceptions. For the comfort and cleanliness of the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or beds and must be crated when left unattended. All pets must be fully house-trained and flea-free, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property.

HVAC: This home features central heating and central air conditioning. The thermostat is located near the front entry door.

LAUNDRY: A private washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen, making it easy to keep beach towels and vacation clothes fresh throughout your stay.

BEACH TAGS: Four complimentary beach tags are provided for your stay. Guests are responsible for the replacement cost of any lost or damaged beach tags.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
