Just beyond the kitchen is the inviting living room, where a large L-shaped sectional offers plenty of room for everyone to gather. Settle in for movie night or catch the big game on the impressive 75" Smart TV. For an extra touch of fun, the breakfast bar, living room, and balcony are equipped with Alexa-controlled smart lighting—simply ask Alexa to change the colors and create the perfect atmosphere. You'll also find a cabinet stocked with card games and board games for hours of family entertainment.

Guest Access:

This unit is located at the top floor and takes 2 flights of stairs to get there, about 15 steps total from the parking level.



The Neighborhood:

Indian Pointe is a large 156-unit condo complex. Centrally located right in the heart of Osage Beach. Hy-Vee, Walmart, Target, Diebergs, Walgreens, CVS, Lowes, HD, Menards, and Movie Theaters, 9 golf courses within 10 miles. Backwater Jacks, Dog Days, Lake House 13, and Encore, all are located within minutes of our home. Bldg 1-6 and pools 2 & 3 are on the water's edge, bldg 7-10, pool # 1, clubhouse, and the multi-sports court (pickleball, tennis, basketball) are located on the upper level. One reserved spot is located directly in front of the steps that lead to your unit. Additional open parking spaces are within 10 yards. There is a nice boardwalk that goes from Bldg 1 to Bldg 6.

Other Things to Note:

BBQ Grills are not allowed on this property per the Osage Beach Fire Dept.

There are community grills available at several spots near the club house and pools.

We are pet-friendly, but prior approval must be given. Guests must review and agree to abide by pet-specific rules and a $49 fee will apply per pet. Max 2 pets per reservation.



Interaction with Guests:

We do have other units in the same building and spend a good amount of time enjoying the lake. So either we or an onsite representative is available the majority of the time to assist if needed.
