This is not a resort-style or completely quiet area. It is ideal for travelers who value a central, comfortable location and a more authentic Panama City experience.

To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and maintain good coexistence within the building, we kindly ask you to follow these rules:

• No smoking inside the apartment, on the balcony, or in common areas.
• No parties, gatherings, loud music, or events.
• Only guests registered in the reservation may enter.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Do not hang clothes, towels, or objects on the balcony.
• Do not throw trash or objects from the balcony.
• Keep noise moderate, especially at night.
• Take care of the furniture, appliances, equipment, and access points.
• Do not let unknown people into the lobby or building.
• Check-in from 3:00 p.m. / Check-out until 11:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out have an additional cost of $50 each.
