Dusk Dreamscape is a serene primary retreat designed for deep rest and renewal. A custom floor-to-ceiling mural captures the magic of a Northern California sunset, bringing the beauty of the surrounding landscape indoors. Thoughtfully appointed with calming textures, accent lighting, and elevated finishes, this suite offers a peaceful sanctuary after a day of adventure and connection.

Things to Know:

• In accordance with the City of Redding`s vacation rental regulation, maximum occupancy for the home is 8 adults at all times, plus up to 4 children under the age of 18. Business License #49513, TOT Acct. #180225

• The home is located in a very peaceful & quiet residential neighborhood. Please help us be great neighbors by observing the City`s Quiet Hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Any guest groups engaging in loud, raucous or inconsiderate behavior at any time will be required to vacate immediately without refund

• Your safety matters. We have a Ring doorbell at the front entry and an exterior security camera at the backyard entryway facing the street. The cameras will be on and will actively record video when motion is detected. This property has one or more devices that can assess sound level but don`t record audio

• The pool is seasonal May - October and is heated naturally by the warm Redding sun (not equipment). Pool temperature levels vary with seasonal patterns and/or weather trends. The pool doubles as a cold plunge companion to the wellness sauna Nov - April

• Must be at least 25 years old to book, photo-ID required. Guests must successfully complete an independent verification in order to fully confirm their reservation

• The pool is serviced twice weekly, and the front and back yards once weekly. Maintenance personnel enter the backyard directly for these purposes. More detailed scheduling information is provided inside the home

• The top, Queen bunk bed in Bedroom 4 is suitable only for kids over 6 and weighing less than 150 pounds

• The home is equipped with basic cable TV service or you can access your own streaming accounts through the smart TV`s
