There are 6 bedrooms throughout this home - each one will make you go O..M..G! Of course, each one with their own smart TV.

There is one bedroom on the first floor, which is LOADED with beds - this is a great room for friends or family that want that true ""sleepover"" vibe. Two sets of full-over-full trundle beds + one full-over-twin trundle bed.

Upstairs are the 5 remaining bedrooms, each with one king bed. The primary bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom.

This home has 3 full bathrooms. Downstairs, the hall bathroom has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower only.

Upstairs, the private ensuite bathroom to the primary bedroom has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower only. Another bathroom upstairs is accessible from the hallway, and has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

This kitchen is fully stocked! Modern appliances, and of course, loaded with all the cooking supplies and countertop appliances you could ask for (yes, including a Keurig & coffee pot, with K-cups provided).

Just one room over is the dining room, which is bright and welcoming, with lots of natural light streaming in through the sliding glass doors that lead to the backyard (just wait for it...). The formal dining room seats 10 (plus 4 more seats at the kitchen table), and there is also a second dining table in the backyard. Endless space to entertain!

This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We ask that you please respect our neighbors by observing the quiet hours between 10pm- 9am. We stress the importance of keeping our neighborhood quiet & safe for all of our guests & neighbors. We do not authorize any parties or events at this listing.
This home & all of its amenities are either inside of the home itself, or on a
private, fully-fenced backyard. Under NO circumstances will our guests be
authorized to trespass onto any of our neighbors’ properties.

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.

Pet Fee is $75 per pet, per night, max of 5 pets.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
