Guests have full access to the entire home, the screened lanai with the hot tub, the patio and yard, the garage, and the included golf cart.

The Villages amenities (Resident ID required): Access to pools, pickleball, golf, and fitness classes requires a Village Resident ID card ($50) — we handle the process before you arrive. Guest passes are available at any Regional Recreation Center, and a small greens fee (~$11) applies at executive courses.

We're available by message throughout your stay and typically respond within an hour. For anything urgent, you can reach us directly by phone.

Check-in is fully self-guided via smart lock, we'll send your door code before arrival. No need to coordinate timing with us.

Self check-in via keypad. The home is 100% smoke-free indoors. The included golf cart seats 2 and is street-legal on The Villages' designated cart paths; a valid driver's license is required and it is driven at your own risk. Please observe community quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. No commercial vehicles on-site overnight.
